for anyone who is not super open about their regression for whatever reason (for example, i can’t be too open bcs i live with family), i discovered some things that might be helpful especially for folks who regress to young ages
if you can’t have onesies, try bodysuit style shirts!! totally a ‘normal’ thing to own so won’t raise any red flags, but close enough to a onesie to give a similar feeling
and if you like wearing diapers but can’t get them, menstrual pads (or even pantyliners) could give a close-enough feeling (although i wouldn’t recommend it if you like to actually use the diapers) as long as you can have those inconspicuously and are in a financial position to wear them outside of when strictly necessary
unfortunately both of these tips only really work for AFAB (assigned female at birth) littles but i hope it’s helpful!! of course, prioritize your safety above all else, if you’re in a position where you could be emotionally/mentally/physically in danger should your regression be discovered then be careful with even these subtle tips! these are mostly intended for folks who keep their regression on the down-low for comfort reasons rather than safety reasons, or those who just can’t access gear as easily!

So I’ve finally made the choice of going NC with my parents after 7 long years of moving back home. I will be moving out in 2 months and have been trying my best to avoid parents at all cost. Luckily I rent their basement which has a separate basement. I’m also not planning to say anything until about a week before I move out in case my narc mother decides to make these last two months a living hell for me.
I’m still on the fence of whether I should go NC with my sister. My wife thinks I shouldn’t because she thinks that having her as ally in this crazy family dynamic is still better, given that our relationship is somewhat okay. We can talk and hangout as long as I am not asking for help with my parents(more on the context later). She agrees that my sister can’t be trusted but just recommends that I just be smarter about the way I deal with her, pretty much she means be “fake” and put up a kind of superficial relationship with her. She thinks going NC will be very hard for me and that I will most likely be cut out of the inheritance when I leave so keeping superficial relations with my sister may leave me some of the inheritance when my parents pass. If my sister does get everything and decides to give me nothing then I just say “whatever it was never mine to begin with”
I guess my hesitancy with this “fake” relationship is that I’m still deeply hurt by how my sister has not sided with me at all during these 7 years (only suspiciously she will start to care when she thinks I’m losing my shit and will move out, it all feels very calculating). So a quick background: I had gotten married and decided to move back to help my mother care for my sick father. I had previously already moved out and in that time it felt like my relationship had gotten better with my parents (Mind you I didn’t know about narcissism then and thought our misunderstandings were due to cultural and generational differences). Coming back, it’s been stressful to put it mildly and caused me to almost divorce many times. During that time my sister has not been supportive. I am a 22 year old female virgin. I’ve never had a boyfriend, or girlfriend for that matter. In high school I never cared to have a boyfriend, and I felt that i was weird that I didn’t want to have a relationship. And not to toot my own horn, but I don’t consider myself ugly. Sure, I’m like 100 pounds overweight, but if I really set my mind to make a change and lose the weight, I would be unstoppable. Under all that weight, I have a similar body to my mother: large breasts and a small waist, and I even consider my face to be pretty, under the increasing size of my cheeks and my new double chin.
One persistent issue that I could never figure out was why older disgusting men would be the only ones to “flirt” with me. Is there something wrong with me? Is it because of my body? When my partner went to the doctor to request a vasectomy they were reluctant to do it as we are in our 20s and don't have any kids.
Doctor said why don't you stick to your girlfriend using birth control, partner explained that I have tried all sorts of birth control options and have had side effects (even ended up in A&E because my body rejected my IUD). The doctor ROLLED HIS EYES when my partner was explaining the issues I've had.
Doctor only agreed to do the vasectomy when mt partner told him that we'd previously had an accidental pregnancy and abortion.
