Me and my ex dated for 3 years in college (he was my first bf) and then he left me for his ex. I begged him to stay and even offered to be his FWB just in the hope that he will come back (him and the ex were single at that point of time). He did not care at all and i saw all the i love you’s and all the romantic conversations that they had as we used to sit together in our class. Fucked me up. Long story short, i gave up went back to my parents house and took 6 months to move on. During this time he would text me sometimes, saying how he is sorry. And that i deserve to be with someone better etc. Few months later he broke up with his ex and we started talking again and i was being extremely cautious because i already had the fear of abandonment. We started fooling around again and eventually started seeing each other on and off again. This went on for another 2.5 years, and then he broke up saying it won’t work out. I again asked him to reconsider, and he came up with a bunch of bs reasons. While we stopped seeing each other, we were still talking etc. then one day out of nowhere he tells me that he is seeing someone else. I told him okay and stopped talking. He still kept pursuing me asking me if i am okay etc. and i was not. I told him so that i miss him. After a while he startes talking to me again and telling small things about his current gf that are red flags etc. We decided to meet. We met and it was fine, next day he just texts me saying, he is going to be with his gf for a whole week. Honestly, the thoughts of them doing everything together really messed my head. I asked him if he really wants me gone, i will go. He said he cannot say that but he won’t cheat on his gf. Please bear that i have not asked him to cheat. I won’t do it. I just wanted him to perhaps tell me to leave.
I know that i am also in the wrong here. I am not suggesting cheating or anything. I just wanted clarity from him which i never got. As soon as i distance myself, he will play some emotional trick and get me back in again. All i want is to forget about him. Get him out of my system.

I've recently become single after being in two back to back long term relationships. Was married for 7 years and after a long unhappy period we decided to split. That was last June and I reentered the dating world just after christmas time. I'm a decent looking guy, 6'6, make 100k a year, own a house and honestly think I have a lot to offer. I've had quite a few dates and a lot of them I enjoyed and it seemed like they really did too but then it happens. poof the conversations end or slow and they're gone. 2023.06.05 09:11 Inner_Confusion2854 AMITBA for not leaving my room?
I m(14) struggle with extreme insomnia I’ve tried different sleep aids and melatonin types to help me sleep, but nothing seems to work. Now because of this i end up sleeping very little and end up to tired to get up a do stuff around the house. My mom (42) does understand the fact i have insomnia so she tries to understand my behavior, but my step dad thinks i’m just lazy. Which coming from him is hypocritical anyway recently are household did a deep clean of the house. the night before I had only slept for around 3 hours so i was exhausted but instead of sleeping until 2 in the afternoon i woke up at 8 and help cleaned. i helped until 12 and by that time i has practically falling asleep standing up so i asked my mom if i could go take an hour long nap just to recharge a little. She told me it was ok and she would come wake me up in an hour, so i crawled up stairs and layed down. I was about to fall asleep when my door was pounded on waking me up i told them they could come in and guess who was their my Step-dad and my step brother(14) the dad was bright red and obviously mad. i asked if i over slept and they told me it was 12 15 I asked if mom had told them i was going to sleep for an hour and i would help more when i woke up they said yes, but then said my mom had left for the store and would be back in 30ish min. Telling me until she gets back i needed to help clean because they were getting tired i told them i needed to sleep just for a little while and i would help. then my step dad responded by telling i didn’t have insomnia and i am just on my phone to much (even though i’m diagnosed). He forced me to get up and made me clean the bathrooms while the two of them relaxed, finally as my mom opened the garage he told me to go up stairs and act like i was asleep, i started to because of how exhausted i was but instead i ran out to my mom and told her everything. they tried to stop me but i got their first my mom immediately told me to go to sleep and told the two of them to finish cleaning the rest of the house (they did, mother rage is nothing to mess with) i ended up sleeping til the next morning my step brother told me it was all my fault that they had to do extra work and how he couldn’t sleep that night. After that the two of them avoided me like a plague and blamed me for their sore bodies. which ended up making me feel bad because if i really pushed myself i could’ve helped more and if I just kept my mouth shut they wouldn’t have had to do more work. so am I the bad Apple for not helping more?

This is my first post to reddit. I thought I would never speak about this to anyone but I'm seething with anger and I just need to get it out there and off my chest. So I'm sorry if what I'm writing is messy and unorganized, it's late and I'm low-key crying.
My mother's husband (50) stumbled drunkenly into my room, grabbed my arms very tightly and kiss me (17, F) on the neck. It happened when I was 13 so adding our current ages is only to show how long ago it was. And I know saying my mother's husband is awkward but it makes me cringe to call him step-dad, so I'll just use Steve (not close to his name at all)
We have never gotten along because I've never had a good feeling about him, the vibes are always off. He has a very big ego problem and thinks he's god because he was in the military (not hating on vets most of my family are/ still serving) He's always bad mouthing someone, my uncles, grandparents dad, my brother's dad and his brother, etc.
Steve married my mother (37) after just two months of dating/him living in her house. Steve has a house and we are currently living in his house. He was just living with my mom because he did not have a car because he had to many DUIs and had his licenses taken way. He still does not have a car because he would have to get a breathalyzer put in to drive and he doesn't want the embarrassment. He has a drinking problem, to put it lightly.
The night that he "broke" into my room was a night that he had been drinking heavily (He drinks every night and sometimes gets a little violent which is several other stories) he started to ramble about how proud he was of me because I stopped going to therapy ( I have/had depression and it's a tangent I won't get into, but he had kind of "bullied" me out of going) Then Steven grabbed my hand. And started to ramble, i couldn't really hear what he was saying I was to busy trying to pull my hand away while panicking (touch makes me uncomfortable because I had been sexual assaulted earlier that year by a stranger) Steve pulled me into a hug and started to cry. He held me really tight and got a little to close to my butt as he kissed the side of my neck. Adrellane kicked in and I was able to break free and run out of my room. I tried to call for my mom but she did not wake up because she was drinking and had fallen asleep. Steve tried to call after me and said "it's okay" and tired to shush me. I locked myself in my younger (I'm the oldest) siblings room and didn't sleep for the rest of the night. I didn't want him to get into their room.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: •Update respective External clients with daily shipment status reports. •Co-ordinate with External Customers and suppliers to secure shipping documents well in advance prior vessels arrival and have the clearance documents ready when the vessel arrives and minimize any delays. •Co-ordinate with the External Customers and the warehouse to get the delivery schedule in time and further co-ordinate with the transport companies to deliver the shipments strictly as per the schedule and in the process reduce any demurrage payments. •Verify all ocean freight and forwarders charges within the stipulated time from the date of receipt of documents. •To keep the Internal tracking system updated at all times for providing shipment visibility to the External Customers. •To keep the systems updated at all times with all the available information and data. •To maintain the present filing system with the entire original and copy documents received along with payment advises and receipts. •Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested •Coordinate sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information •Ensure the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material •Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports •Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness •Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems •Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements •Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events •Ensure adherence to laws and policiesCandidate Requirements

Though I initially wanted na bumukod na talaga kasi hindi ko matolerate ugali nilang lahat (manipulative na gaslighter) pero dahil nga sa napaka mahal na cost of living, and the promise of a business venture, ayun, napa yes naman ako na kasama ko sila (sila being my mom, my 'stepdad', my younger half brother, and my younger step sister)
FAST FORWARD ULIT -- andaming perang nasayang. Una, nagsabi sila na kukuha sila ng van (brandnew pa) para pang business daw ng travel travel, rent a car ganern daw. Eh dahil nagka pandemya hindi na natuloy hanggang sa umabot sa punto na binawi na yung van samin. Pangalawa, may tenant kami, inoofferan siya na gamitin yung credit card nya pag bibili ng Ref pero need nya na daw muna yung money. Ako, ayoko pumayag pero naka-oo na siya so ala na ako nagawa. Naiabot na niya yung pera and hanggang ngayon hindi ko alam if naibalik ba yung 15k na yun. Pangatlo, ipinasok niya sa 'investment' yung 100k ko sa former work company nya with the promise of 5k revenue EVERY MONTH. Hindi naging consistent, e usapan namin yung 5k na yun allowance ko. Wala, 2 months lang siyang on time (every 11th of the month) then sunod sunod na siya na delayed. Pang apat, sinagad nya yung natitirang pera namin (mga around 100k din) sa isang sidejob with the same former work company bilang puhunan sa pagmamanufacture ng kung anong bakal for a project. Ang deal daw nila is 500 pesos incentive per 1 bakal na maipadala. E the employer wanted around 5000 pcs of those so imagine how much yung babalik na pera sayo don. BUT, the payments became more and more delayed (just like the investment) up to the point na wala na kaming pambili ng pang kain, wala akong pambaon sa school, hindi makapasok kapatid ko kasi walang pang gas.
To top it all off, yung collector nung 2nd hand car na binili namin, nang haharass na. Calling and texting me, my friends who interacted with my mom's mothers day post, and her friends din. Ano naging course of action nila ng partner nya? Run away to the province. So here I am typing this alone in the house that I bought.
So my question is, tama ba yung desisyon ko na sabihin kay mama na wag na lang muna sila bumalik dito at gusto ko nalang mag isa dito sa bagong bahay? Na doon nalang muna sila sa probinsya? Maliban sa nawalan na ako ng tiwala sa pag handle nya ng finances, hindi din ako natutuwa sa ugali ng partner nya. All he ever does is play ML or brag about stuff na hindi naman kanya. He doesnt even help with the bills, and yet has the audacity na mag reklamo bakit ganto lang ulam namin or may d siya nagustuhan sa pag luluto ni mama. I'm just so sick and tired trying to understand them all when andami na silang chances na binigay ko at sinayang naman. Pera ko naman lahat ng yon, hindi kanila. Pera ko na dapat ako ang nagamit for my benefit. Kaya nga binenta yung malaking bahay eh para hindi na nagkakaroon ng financial problems kahit for at least a year or two man lang pero heto nanaman. I also asked my friends for insights and ang nagiging isipin ko nalan ngayon is if mom would still support me financially kahit na magkahiwalay kami since ayaw naman nya ako mag stop para magtrabaho muna in the first place.
Hindi pa ako hundred percent ready na bumukod at this point pero if not now, then when diba? kapag ba mas ubos na yung pera at no choice na talaga na need ko mag drop? kapag ba naubos na yung pasensya ko sa kanila? Ang hirap kasi na ako nalang talaga lagi umiintindi sa nararamdaman ko pero yung nararamdaman ko di man lang nila magawang intindihin.

Currently in the process of a sexual harassment situation in the workplace. A coworker took advantage of me in a very vulnerable state and it took me a while to report because of how disgusting it made me feel. I can hardly get out of bed or function now. I feel like having to recount the details of the day of the physical harassment to complete strangers over and over again have completely drained me. I feel completely alone in all of this. I really don’t have a support system for going through this. I have five siblings, and one of them has checked in. I’ve pushed mostly all of my friends away because I just can’t deal with life right now. I’m afraid to leave my house because I’m afraid to see the guy that did this to me. I was given the option to allow him to “bend me over his desk and let him f*ck me” or “blow him.” Every single day I over analyze what I could have done differently. Why this is my fault. All I can think about is how stupid I feel for “allowing” this to happen. I try to be gentle with myself. I’ve been in recovery mode for two years now after I made an attempt on my life and moved back to my hometown from St Louis so I could be around family and have support. This has thrown me right back to square one. Right now I hate everyone involved in this whole situation. It seems like everyone I’ve tried to talk to about it blows it off as a ‘this sounds like a you problem.’ I’ve had coworkers come to me at different places of employment and tell me something like this happened to them, and I fought with and for them. Idk, maybe I just care about other people far more than other people care about me. I feel like I’m having a pity party for myself over this and I hate it. I hate being victimized. I hate feeling weak. I hate being this angry, because it’s really not who I am as a person.

I'm a 19-year-old [M] in a long-distance relationship, and my girlfriend [19] and I are facing some tough circumstances.
