Tonight I rang my mum for a chat. My sister has always told us our childhoods were traumatic but I think my brother and I have blocked a lot out as a coping mechanism. Hello all.
Apologies for being one of those "do these sound familiar" posts but I'm running out of ideas.
A few months back I woke up in the night with some quite bad stomach pains, in my left and right lower abdomen. Went to the toilet (not loose or anything) and thought I'd just eaten something that didn't agree with me. The next day felt extremely groggy and the pain seems to alternate between my lower abdomen and my bladder.
It's never really been back to normal since then with some very mild, dull aches. Not usually constant, but quite frequent. A couple of times I've had quite bad pain (again a dull ache) that's lasted a day or so and given me very bad mental fatigue with it. My bathroom habits are consistent. I only go once a day, in the mornings. On the very rare occasion, it will be twice a day. Got checked out by my GP last week to mention the symptoms and mention that my sister has severe Crohn's and had a perforated bowel at the time of diagnosis (was rushed into hospital and had to have surgery). She did a prostate and rectum check (quite the surprise), urine test and stool test. Everything has come back normal, no blood in the stool, calprotectin normal too. She mentioned at the time that if the stool samples came back normal, it "should" be a good sign that its not an IBD.
I'm just getting frustrated now as it seems like my gp thinks there's nowhere else to take it, but it's difficult to just get on with life with the anxiety that it brings.

So I guess after all of that, my question is, how common is it to have negative calprotectin tests, blood stool test, blood test etc and still have IBD?

Our Origins
The MRT was started in 2012 by our owner, Frumple, who originally intended the server to be a short-lived experiment to test his MRT Station v4.1 design, posted on his YouTube channel. The design was a fully-automated minecart station built purely using redstone and vanilla in-game mechanics within Minecraft. With the unexpected popularity of the server and the growth of our community, Frumple designed a version 5.0 of the MRT Station, which is now used to build MRT lines on our current world, known as the New World. While these stations are fully functional and you can ride them to get around, nowadays they are not traveled on very often and they are mainly used as central landmarks for members to build their towns and cities. Our Server
The MRT is a vanilla, greylisted, freebuild creative mode server.

• "Vanilla" means you only need the official Java Edition Minecraft client to connect to our server and you don’t need to install any client-side mods. Please make sure you are using a Minecraft client that matches the current version of our server. You can see the version in the top-left corner of our website.
  
• "Greylisted" means that you can initially join the server as a Guest to explore the cities and ride the MRT lines, but you will not be able to build or modify blocks. To obtain building privileges, you can apply for membership on our How to Join page.
  
• "Freebuild" means unlike some other creative servers, we do not use any sort of plot system and land is generally available on a first-come, first-serve basis. However, please note that we do have several rules and restrictions as to what can be built and where, the most notable of which is that you are not allowed to build in another town or within 300 blocks of another town unless you have permission from that town’s mayor.

Hi!
I'm currently in the planning phase of setting up a XBox LAN party at my place. The first step is, well, to get a bunch of XBoxes, and ideally, mod them!
I'm starting with a first console that I bought used for cheap, and did the following:

• Removed the clock capacitor
• Got a copy of Splinter Cell, modified a cable, got a compatible USB flash derive
• Successfully launched Rocky5's Softmodding Tool, and did a generic installed (with a shadow C drive)
• Decided I'd rather TSOP flash for a easier time replacing the drive and peace of mind
• Bridged R7D1/R7D2, bridged R7D10 on this v1.2 motherboard I have
• FTP'd some flashing tools
• Launched BiosChecker and realized I'd need a 256k BIOS
• Tried using Evox to flash iND-BiOS 5004.67
• Realized I was stupid, as my TSOP is a WinBond chip - the flash failed
• Turned off the console for the day, since it was super late

Now that I'm trying again:

• grabbed an XBE of Resctoox, and read more about needed to actually launch NKToolkit so I'd actually be able to access the real C drive, and make that work
• and the console doesn't seem to be working any longer. Uh oh.

Symptoms:

• Power turns on
• Hard drive spins up
• DVD drive spins up; ejecting always fails now (could be unrelated?)
• Nothing on screen - I'm using a CRT, connected with official composite cables

At this point I am guessing that the flash failed from Evox. Considering the on-screen message in Evox, I assumed that nothing was written on the chip, that it was left untouched. That might have been a wrong assumption and, maybe the BIOS is completely corrupted.
I do have on hands quite a bunch of hardware BIOS flasher tools, including what seems to be fit for this TSOP package.

• Can I just desolder the TSOP and flash it with iND-BiOS 5004.67 .bin? Or do I need to take care of precautions first (eg, endianness maybe, some form of protection…)
• How to write-enable that chip outside of an Xbox?
• If can I just go around and flash a TSOP directly this way… well, do I even need a softmod entry point in the first place?

Hey everyone, after being in the enlistment process for about 7 months, I passed the butt inspection at MEPs yesterday!
Here’s a general structure of how it went for everyone that hasn’t been yet:
Wake up 4:30
Drove to MEPs myself (stay 10 min away) Walked in and they told me to wait on the bus to get there and they do orientation on the bus. It got there and I got in it.
Check in w security
1 hour of waiting and a pre-MEPs brief.
Go upstairs and they spread people out between hearing, vision, color vision blood, and urine tests along with height, weight, and blood pressure being taken. I barely slept and was nervous, so my blood pressure was a whopping 163/89 but they didn’t say anything.
Once everyone finishes these get ready to wait for a long time. There were two doctors: one calls one person into a room where she asks all of the medical questions again. Do NOT lie, but they also try to use the scare tactic of “if you lie you can be fined and go to jail.” Just make sure you told your recruiter everything and don’t tell them anything new. Also, keep your answers and eye contact consistent. Don’t start with “no ma’am, yes ma’am” then progress to only “yes” or “no.” They’re testing you. Doc will ask you 4-5 times “this is EVERYTHING from when you were born til now?” Or “you’re not lying are you?” Just be consistent. Stay chill.
Next, the other doc calls you for scar, mole, and tattoo checks. Then they call you back in again and you do the underwear Olympics but you are in the room by yourself. It was 5 min and easy.
Next they tell you to sit and wait to be called for career counseling. She called me, said congratulations, and I went and did my finger prints, then career counseling, then sat down to go over my contract. Make sure everything is right.
Lastly, you watch an 8 min video going over swearing in and articles 104a, 85, and 86.
Called my recruiter when I was done, met at his office, got a goodie bag, and he almost booked my job, but the system won’t let him book jobs outside of June right now. But looks like my ship date will be July 18th, 25th, or August 1st! Job of Client Systems Technician.

Seems like a great concept. 2 questions:

1. How is it vs 'vanilla' anomaly?
2. How compatible is it with other mods and graphical enhancements? And is it possible to use modpacks like EFP with it?

I am trying to balance the final fight of a dungeon.
Specifically: the enemies are 5 (standard orc, bugbear, yuanti pureblood, goblin captain, fire snake). the players are 4, fire draconic sorcerer lvl4, fire genie warlock with an imp a familiar lvl3, bear totem barb lvl3, glory paladin lvl3 (with +1 weapon, 20AC). All have rolled great stats and will enter the battle with almost full or full resources.
i have made it clear to them that i want the battle to be a very dangerous or lethal battle and all of them agreed. I don’t want to add monsters because of fear of messing the action economy.
How would you rate this battle?

I apologize for my english in advance, I'm not a native speaker.
I(26f) have an ex-boyfriend (37m) whom I dated ~7-6 years ago (i have a thing for older guys don't shame me pls), we had a great and warm relationships and ended everything on good terms. We meet each other occasionally once or twice a year and just talk about everything like friends. A year ago he got married to a woman around his age and they had a child 4 months ago. And I am in a long-term relationship with my boyfriend (but we haven't seen each other for almost a year).
We met with my ex-bf a week ago and talked about life and relationships. He told me that he is very sexually frustrated because his wife just doesn't want to have sex and is not interested in doing it at all (he suspects that she is asexual). She was like that for their whole relationship and although he is a person with a very high sexual drive he loved her in every other way and wanted to have a child with her. It almost feels like first and foremost he wanted to raise a child before he gets too old and she was a really really good person for that.
So, he told me about all that and how he constantly thinks about cheating on her. He also mentioned that he feels like they will divorce when their child will get older. I was really furious when I heard that and scolded him for his way of thinking, told him that he should discuss it with his wife, etc. I also told him that although it's tough for me to not be around my boyfriend for such a long time and I am horny almost all the time, I don't ever want to cheat on my boyfriend or be dishonest with him in any way. Cheating simply goes against my values and also seems like a tiresome and pointless thing to do.
Today ex-bf sent me a message where he says that because he and I have similar "needs" we can meet on a weekend, rent a house and maybe "discuss these needs".
I really don't know how to react. I searched for his wife's Instagram page and there are nice photos of them together, there is a post where she tells how much she loves him... She is generally a very beautiful and nice woman and I feel like she deserves a better man. I want to tell her about his attempt to cheat before he actually cheats but I don't know how to do it and I don't know if I should. They are both grown-up people that need to sort these things between each other. Plus, I really don't want to be involved in their stuff, I have my own life. But it also doesn't sits right with me to not do anything at all

MY SPECIFIC PROBLEM: I live in the U.S., have a U.S. phone, etc. I rarely use the app, but more and more people, especially internationally do. Recently we've been planning a trip to Italy, and some businesses there request to be contacted via Whatsapp. My account is connected to my US phone number.
Everytime I try to text someone in Italy, two things happen: 1) Even though I added them as a contact, after I send the text, there is no record of me having sent the text. I open up the contact and there is a blank history. 2) The text does not go through.
I promise I am using country code properly - I have done research, tried other formulas just in case - same result.
In one case, I phoned the contact via whatsapp explaining I was having trouble texting. They texted me on whatsapp, and then it was fine, we were off to the races. But I was UNABLE TO INITIATE THE CHAT FROM MY END.

DUE TO A CONCEPTUAL MISUNDERSTANDING?: To what extent does the fact that the app seems to be phone-number based have to do with this problem? I understand the concept of email, that it doesn't matter where you are, the email will just send if you have the right address. How is this messing with the problem. Also, if I suspend my AT&T account will staying abroad, will Whatsapp cease to work?

I've started playing 5 days ago and i reached irridescent 1 super easy on survivor. But checking the sub everyone is saying that in high MMR lobbies blight and nurse are dominant. I don't encounter many of them usually so i was wondering despite reaching the top rank maybe i'm not in the top MMR category yet. Is there anyway to know how high you are in the ranked ladder?

To preface this post, I've been to Thailand twice -- USA citizen/passport holder. First visit was a month and my second visit was nearly 6 months in length. I'm stating that info because I feel like I should know the answers to the questions I'm going to ask, but I read so many subjective experiences on this subreddit, it's hard to discern. I'm going back to Thailand at some point again this year, but have to take a break considering I was there from November-April. There's some things I'd like to become clear on before I return:

• I plan to enter Thailand on an SETV. I'm 100% certain I'll apply for the extension, so that being the case, can I book my initial round-trip for 90 days out? I've read on here that some airlines will not allow boarding due to the SETV being valid for 60 days. If I remember correctly, the e-visa forms require a return date. So I couldn't potentially book a one-way ticket, correct?
• Regarding airlines: could I get some recommendations on which airline is best regarding return date changes? I flew United last time and their basic economy ticket allows date changes for up to 1 year, but it was quite expensive to change my return flights twice. I imagine expecting more than that with an airlines most basic ticket is likely asking too much.
• I won't lie, my Thai girlfriend made me curious regarding the Non-O marriage visa. I've briefly researched it, but I prefer hearing firsthand experiences with it. How does that process work? I assume I apply for it in Thailand, right? I've read on here about possibly applying for it in Savannakhet, Laos as that area is less restrictive concerning the visa's requirements.

I appreciate any and all info. I always feel extra dimwitted when it comes to airline/airport questions.
