Least common multiple 7 and 9

Considering you have to spam-ping the same thing 3+ times before people understand you're even trying to communicate, you tend to hit the ping limit very often and can't ping anything else for like 10seconds
I know not that many people use pings (especially midlaners who seem to not even know "enemy missing" pings exist) but the cap is too punishing for whoever does use them consistently
I dont even really understand the point, if someone wants to spam-ping you to be toxic they can just space the pings out and ping you for the entire game without any limit being applied. The cap can easily be increased to like 6/7 pings in the same amount of time with a shorter cooldown

Im jungler, and i'm hitting drake. I'm spampinging "group" because my botlane is afk looking at the minion wave bot. Enemy jungler shows up so I start pinging "engage" or "i need help" to tell my team i want to fight the jungler before flipping the dragon. I've now hit the ping limit
Then i see enemy midlaner moving through river to gank top. I cant ping my toplaner of the incoming dangers because I hit the cap trying to coordinate my team around dragon. He doesn't look at the minimap and dies to the gank. Enemy jgler unfortunately steals dragon and immediately runs top to secure herald with his top and mid
Tl:dr; you often have to ping multiple times to communicate one thing, the cap is too short and prevents you from quickly communicating you changed your mind or something else is happening around the map

District 9
Anesthesia Mellark (Game 12) stood in front of the bowls. She watched the video for why the Games existed with a small amount of annoyance on her face.
She was prompted by a peacekeeper, and reached into the female bowl. She removed a slip of paper, and called out the name of thirteen year old Aratra Bronski. Mayor Teffina Bronski of District 9 let out a gasp as her only daughter walked to the stage. Aratra had her light brown hair carefully plaited into two braids, and she tearfully tried to run to her mother, who ran across the stage and clung to her daughter.
Anesthesia reached into the male bowl, and removed the name of eighteen year old Sylo Trujillo. A young olive skinned man with long, jet black hair held back in a ponytail walked to the stage, and shook Anesthesia’s hand.
In the town hall, Aratra clung to her mother, while her two brothers, Scout and Saffron, offered as much advice as they could. Aratra was then ripped from her mother’s arms and taken to the train.
Sylo visited with his close friend, Nigel, as his parents had been dead for three years. Nigel patted Sylo’s shoulder and wished him luck, and Sylo told Nigel that he would try to come back.
On the train, a sobbing Aratra was sat on a chair, and Sylo walked into the room to find Miller Javorski, their mentor, attempting to comfort her. Sylo walked up to a scythe and began using it, and Miller noticed, leaving Aratra to freshen up, and seemed very impressed with Sylo’s skills.
Sylo told Aratra that he would try to protect her, as his younger sister, Rya, had died in the 11th Games, and was a year younger that Aratra was now. He said that he would try his best, and Aratra ran up and hugged him.
After arriving at the apartment, Sylo taught Aratra how to use a scythe, and she seemed to improve over time.
The next day, Miller showed District 5’s reaping, claiming that this District usually had a weak showing of forgettable victors and boring tributes, causing Sylo to chortle.
District 5
Anesthesia Mellark was now in District 5, and she reached into the female bowl, calling out the name of sixteen year old Calcula Crawford. A girl with dirty blonde hair and blue eyes walked to the stage, and nervously shook Anesthesia’s hand.
Anesthesia read the slip of paper she took from the male bowl, before turning to glance at Calcula. Calcula looked back at her confused, right Anesthesia called the name of sixteen year old Logico Crawford. Calcula let out a horrified scream as her twin brother was brought to the stage, a dirty blonde haired boy with blue eyes.
Loud anger was heard from the crowd of youths, and Calcula and Logico were dragged into the town hall, where they met their parents, and older brother Nucleo. Calcula cried and Logico was also in tears, as both realized that only one of them would win, before being taken to the train.
On the train, Calcula and Logico met their mentor, 23 year old Luna Parker (Game 6). Luna was saddened by the reaping of the siblings, but happily informed them that thanks to a new law passed by President Zenia Heavensbee, family pairs and couple pairs would always be revived, and the wiping out of families and love was not the right thing.
Luna taught Calcula and Logico how to throw knives, and also taught them about a variety of arenas and advice for each of them.
After arriving at the apartment, Luna sent the two to bed.
Training
During training, Calcula and Logico never left one another’s sides. They worked in the knife throwing station the whole time. Meanwhile Sylo and Aratra continued to work with a scythe.
Assessments and Odds
Calcula and Logico both scored 7s for knife throwing, and both had odds of 7 to 1. Aratra used a scythe and scored a 5, and had odds of 13 to 1. Sylo worked with a scythe and scored an 8, and had odds of 4 to 1.
Other strong scorers included Xenobia and Zane (both 2) scoring 10s, Alan (1) scoring a 9, and Dane (6), Karl (8), and Dennis (12) scoring 8s.
The weakest score went to Lauren (12) who scored a 3.
Interviews
Euphemia Demigloss wore a dark teal dress, and talked to Calcula and Logico together. The two discussed their lives in District 5, as well as their plan for the Games.
Aratra talked about missing her family and wanting to go home to them, while Sylo discussed wanting to stay with Aratra until the end.
Game Maker Juliana Ricci gave her hint word, which was “flowers”.
Tube Rooms
Upon arriving at the arena, the tributes were taken to their tube rooms.
Calcula was visited by Luna first, and she was advised to stick with Logico as long as she could, and gave Logico similar advice.
Miller visited Aratra first, and told her to stay with Sylo, and then told Sylo not to let Aratra drag him down, and reminded the young man that only one could win.
Once all 24 tributes were in their tubes, they rose up into the arena.

Pain Area: T6 Left side very harsh pain where it seems rib connects. Pain when twisting.
I've had multiple consultations with doctors. X-Rays, MRIs, etc. I've done multiple methods to try and fix this chronic pain. (Has been there since Oct. 2019, injured it in the gym when putting a dumbell on the rack) I've done Chriopractors, Imaging, Icing, Physical Therapy, etc. and nothing has helped the pain whatsoever. It's got so bad it affects my mental state and occasionally makes me have to stay home from work. After an X-Ray they had told me I had mild degenerative disc disease in T6. This area is exactly where my pain is, but I'm only 24 and it seems unlikely for that to be the cause if this pain. Is there any possibility imaging could have missed a rib injury in the place it connects to my spine at T6? Also any suggestions to help the pain also would be great nothing has helped me thus far. What possibilities are my diagnosis? I also go in for a full back mri next week!

To be clear: I'm discussing the institution of religion in this post, not the merits of faith or any given brlief.
One of my favorite details in ASoIaF's world building is the religious politics.
The gods in ASoIaF are more tangibly active participants in the plot of course, magic being a thing. But there's a lot of really well-researched and thought out structural components to it aswell.
Religion plays a pretty big role in politics in a monarchy, or really any central authoritarian structure. Money/landownership gets you about a third of the way there to being a king or emperor, military gets you another third if the way, and the last piece that seals your right to rule is social, ideological influence. All of these three factors tend to strengthen and sustain the others. That last factor, historically anyway, usually came from being legitimized by the dominant religious institution of the people you were ruling. The Chinese Dynasty had a great phrase for this I'm going to be appropriating as a general description of this concept, the "Mandate of Heaven."
So, you're a ruler. You need you Mandate of Heaven so the peasants actually pay their taxes after you've taken them over. You more or less have three (on occasion fexible) options, each with various tactical advantages better suited for certain situations:

1. Be polytheistic and fold any of the local gods into your own religion. (Example: The Romans.)
   
2. Be monotheistic and convert to the religion of the common folk. (Example: the vikings lords who became kings.)
   
3. Be monotheistic and convert the common folk to your religion. (Example: The Spanish converting Mexico's native tribes.)
   

The Catholics are notable by on occasion doing a mix of 1 and 3, where they converted the people they conquered but canonized local gods as saints, which was a pretty effective strategy for them.
It's also worth noting that it's easier (though by no means impossible) to be the supreme ruler of a civilization with a monotheistic religion than it is a polytheistic one. Especially if your kingdom is as is as massive as Westeros. Many Roman emperors claimed to be the direct descendants of gods but ideological authority was so decentralized it diluted the strength of their Mandate of Heaven. Nero claiming to be related to Apollo was a big deal but you're getting drunk and having orgies in the woods with your other Bacchus cultists, so.
That brings us to the Faith of the Seven, finally. A really cool combination of real-world religious influences with a very comprehensive structure. The Faith of the Seven was likely once a polytheistic belief, or multiple different faiths, that became monotheistic gradually or through deliberate reform likely do to the pressures of authorities trying to strengthen their Mandate of Heaven claim. If I could hazard a guess at the primary influences, I'd say likely Celtic gods meets the evolution of Hinduism's monotheism with some Catholic papacy thrown in.
Ageon the Conqueror adopting the Faith of the Seven has historically president as an intelligent political move, likely inspired by those aforementioned vikings who became kings. The incest issue causing a bunch of shit for Targaryen rule until the doctrine of the faith itself was changed is a really cool historical detail with a lot of real-world reference as well. That the two most geographically separate kingdoms (winterfell for it's size and the Iron Islands for being, well, Islands) maintaining their local religions is one of those just one of those extra meaty world-building details that personally makes my brain explode with how well thought out and real Westeros feels. It's such a simple detail that makes perfect sense when you think about it but is exactly the kind of thing a lesser writer would forget to consider. It's a true anti-hat planet kind of thing to include.
Getting to the Bran of it all though, you might have noticed an massive glaring issue as I've gone through all this with the ending of GoT. I know there's a lot of issues with the ending of GoT, but, I've never seen someone point this one out before. Bran's the Three Eyed Raven. Wrong gods. Even if he kept that a secret somehow, the "elected," claimless, disabled witch king is not likely to be well-recieved by the majority Seven-faithed population after their Sept was blown up. After a dragon just like, wrecked shit all over. After the kingdom may or may not be bankrupted with a weakened military.
What I'm saying is, Tyrion likely doomed the kingdom and set up Bran for a violent death.

Would love to learn about your experiences on Phentermine alone. How much weight lost, how long, what dose? When the losses slowed or you plateaued? How did you remedy being stalled? Any healthy tips for continuing the losses and for sustaining it healthily?
I take it on empty stomach and wait a min 1 hour to consume anything but water. Trying to be careful of too much acid foods too close to pill and overall. Been eating clean and healthy, 1000-1250 cals (first 3 weeks), low-moderate good carbs, healthy fats and upped protein to 80-100g and increased fiber. Watching unhealthy sat. fats and salt, no sugar or junk like candy, granola bars, soda, chips, and mostly fresh foods. Working out 3-4x p/week w/weights and 30+ mins cardio, plus small activities other days. 80-100oz water. B12 supplement and multivitamin. Daily Sun Warrior protein shake that includes l-tyrosine. At the 3 weeks mark, I upped cals to 1400-1500, and little more carbs, thinking maybe I’m not eating enough, apx 1500 would be right for bmr. But still I’m stalled. Lots of effort and very little payoff. Barely 1 pound lost in last 3 weeks. Yet, I lost over 6 pounds at the end of the 1st week - however, I was also on Topiramate that first week, and a couple days later I had to stop it. I’m guessing that loss was the ‘start shock’ to the body in conjunction with Top.?? Cuz hardly anything since. NOT expecting to lose 30 pounds in a month, but I’m clearly stalled after just the first week and don’t know why.
Took half pill first 3 weeks and have been on 3/4 pill after 3 week mark. I’m a little sensitive ;) Still nothing and tomorrow reaches 4 week mark. I still feel some app suppression during day, but I get hungry around evening and feel snacky late night, even tho I’m making myself eat small breakfast and moderate lunch with a couple snacks, such as half ounce of raw unsalted almonds. I weigh and log every tiny thing. A week or so ago I began taking it 9:30-10:30am instead of 8:00, and I tried to do 1/2 in morning and 1/4 in afternoon one day, but these things don’t seem to help at night still.
So, I use will power at night or have a few berries or nuts, or just recently 2 cups of olive oil only popcorn. I finally had hope after years of trying to lose on my own, but it’s fading. Any lab work has been addressed, such as low iron and Dhea, which I’ve had since my 20’s, at least. I’m 40’s female. Any ideas?

Is there an external map editor? Or is it in game only? If in game only, when dealing with triggers is there ANY way to set an area one time without having to create multiple conditions/effects all having their own separate area.
Just trying to find ways to keep AI from building a billion and one of the same building in external areas or just limit them to building inside the walled cities I create for them. Maybe I can just pre-build all 7 AI towns, limit the number of buildings, pre-build it all and hope that if anything gets destroyed they replace only that building in that area...

Seeing people are still struggling with Altesian I was hoping to post some team comps you could use to beat that POS. This also applies to all team comps, DO NOT have burst on auto! You must save your first burst till you're passing the midpoint of the train on the way back and then let loose on the missile launcher.
As of right now these teams work most of the time, you may have to restart multiple times to get the run your looking for but I've tested all of them and they will get it done.

Analysis - Makima can be replaced with Noah or Noise but then you need to take rupee instead of drake. Noise requires i-framing which is just not worth trying to get the hang of on mobile. Sugar can also replace Drake but Mod/Scar are core
Team 2 Liter-Admi-Alice-Drake-Modernia
Admi can be replaced with guilty, drake with privaty and Modernia with Scarlett or Maxwell but Alice and Maxwell require alot of investment. About tier 7 skills with Alice with t9 gear is where it starts to feel decent.
Team 3 (Love this one because Sakura and Ludmilla are babes)

Sakura + Ludmilla damage reduction stacks to save Luddy from dying right away. Noise and liter can swap in for Luddy but are less consistent.

Blanc and noir just need 4/4/4 investment and you can either take two DPS if they're strong enough or a taunt unit for survivability.

I'm an APP who is 1 year post-grad at a dysfunctional, grindingly slow teaching ED that is massively underserved: 2-7 hours to get labs, 4-9 hours to get a CT much less read it, multiple machines broken at any given time (1/2 slit lamps, multiple breast pumps - whatever machine is needed Murphys Law style), pain meds not given for 5+ hours, lobby room and halls overflowing with patients. I actually saw 2 patients - in rooms! - yesterday for the first time in months and yet myself nor the techs nor nurses (initially) knew the codes to open the locked cupboards to get supplies. I recently learned the hospital is in the bottom 5% of length of stay for inpatients such that it backs up into the ED. The glacial pace of things kills me and I get so distracted by ongoing pain meds when they otherwise would have been whisked off to the floor, AMA discussions, attendings hounding me to make sure patients labs/imaging is done when I've already reached out to the nurses and radiology multiple times, trying to find patients only they eloped and then oh! they came back and now the nurse wants them to resume their place in the queue, where can I find a quiet corner in the lobby to talk about complaint and do an exam while they sit in a chair, is this patient being abused or is it a cultural difference for X, Y, Z community? My brain feels scattered and distracted. I loved EMed in school but I also rotated at smaller, community hospitals -- two of which were "underserved" but this is a whole new beast. I feel like I'm missing more medical problems due to these distractions and struggling to find the "art" of medicine when attendings have such a wide spectrum of style and I don't know if it's EMed or me? I've talked to therapists who report this particular ED is "may not a good fit" for me which was an obvious observation, but I'm now worried I'll struggle to have positive letters of recommendation for applications I'm sending out next month... any advice out there?
TLDR: dysfunctional, broken, underserved ED -- is it more me or more the system? Should I leave EMed? Or are the smaller, community EDs that I like so much in school just a better fit?

While their HR and RBI production is better, their batting averages have cratered (except Suzuki) These are the first three guys (and sometimes the first four) and they aren't getting on base. You want to know why the Cubs offense stinks? The "table setters" aren't doing anything. Happ and Swanson have 9 RBI each in 35 games. That's not going to cut it for the #2 and 3 hitters in the line up, not to mention the HUGE drop in batting average.
Numbers do lie sometimes, but in this case, they are not.

Hey all. I (20) am a lesbian, you know, go gays. My sister (29) is the type of person to be all "I support you, but i dont want that around my children."
My girlfriend (19) and I have been together for about three years and our entire relationship my sister has maintained to her kids that we're friends. I've tried to talk to them here and there but honestly the relationship has been strained.
My girlfriend is non binary & uses they/them & xe/xyr pronouns. I use said pronouns for them which have in the past confused the kids.
This past weekend my mom was babysitting for my sister and I dropped by. My sisters kids are 9, 5 & 4, old enough to at least know about gay people.
While there I mentioned buying something for my girlfriend and the oldest asked why I used "xem" and what it meant. I gave a very basic explanation to her and she accepted it. Before I left she asked me, again, about my partner. I told her we were dating and left it at that.
The following day my sister send me a slew of messages, demanding to know what I said. Apparently my niece went home and asked questions.
I told her calmly that I wouldn't allow her bigotry to cloud the kids and would help them where I could, regardless of her wants. She was annoyed but left it.
On Monday my mom text me to pick something up for her. Kids were at hers again. Niece comes up to me asking a million questions. I answer every single one, knowing her mom would hate it.
I explained pronouns & lesbians & trans people. It was a lot and I told my niece she could ask me or her gma (my mom) whatever. We'd both help.
I was honestly quite glad. My girlfriend is no contact with her family due to their bigotry and my sister being a ticking time bomb was making them uncomfortable.
As expected my sister blew up my phone later that evening. We ended up on a call where she called me selfish. I said, paraphrasing, "You're a bigot. If you don't want your kids learning about life look after them yourself."
Following that I ignored her and she has since started annoying our mom. She won't say anything to her and so is asking me to apologise. I don't know if she deserves it or not.
I don't know what to do from here. The kids mean a lot to me and, despite her behaviour, I do really love my sister. What do I do now? I would apologise, but I don't know if I should be the one taking that step. Does anyone have any idea?
