I've played the game for a loong long time and really loved it, but didn't like how to get the newest heroes (like emperor, Rey, Kylo (the big ones at that time))
Now like 3/4 years later, all players are way better and i stand there with my two gear 13 vader and revan (GP like 2,3)
My Question: What is your goal you're trying to archieve these days. What characters or events are worth grinding for it, cause i really miss the game but don't know what to do to have my old fun i had.

Has anyone else read them? It's a series of books that deals with two military men that fall in love, it's a hard read because of some of the things that happen especially at the start, but I think it's the perfect mix of erotica (it has LOADS of sex) and plot- it chronicles the lives of both men over 30 years or so.
It'll always have a special place in my heart because as someone who sometimes prefers erotica to porn, it was one of my first discoveries as a young gay and the sex scenes are so well written- probably the best I've read in any written work. I think it's been around 10 years since I first read it, but I still come back to it every 2 years or so.
I rarely ever see it brought up in recommendations (again maybe because of the heavy, off-putting themes at the beginning), but for those who have read it, what are you thoughts on it?
Also, does anyone have similar books they can recommend?

As it stands right now, Moonlit Waltz can only be initiated by Cecillion and Carmilla has the control to target enemies for damage and slow . In solo queue, most random Cecillion teammates don't take advantage of this special skill. FYI to all prospective Cecillion user out there, summoning a Carmilla to enter your Vermil Shadow gives a 520-800 shield (depends on Carmilla's level).
I know the whole point of the combo is for both players to take an active role, but the amount of times I've been able to use this special combo skill as a Carmilla in solo queue is less than 5 times. And I've been using her since her release.
My suggestion is to give Carmilla the power to initiate Moonlit Waltz on her own. Cecillion should still be able to initiate it though. Another idea is to give both Cecillion and Carmilla the power to initiate (Carmilla enters the shadow) the skill and use it on enemies (Carmilla leaves the Shadow).
I think this couple skill is one of the more interesting lore based hero interaction in the game and it is such a shame how little use it gets. (other hero interactions just give a miniscule stat buff).
Also, another suggestion. Add more lore based charactehero interaction skills in the game.

Someone recommended After Dark with the Duke by Julie Anne Long on a post asking for recommendations for an older grumpy hero and a sweet and slightly wild heroine.
I read the book and I'm obsessed! Now I really need more books with this dynamic. What I loved about the book is that the hero and heroine both started off really genuinly disliking each other. There was so much tension and banter throughout the book and in my opinion it was a slow burn story.
Also, the hero was sardonic, unbothered and aloof (I loved him) but the heroine really did stand her ground and challenged him. It was also kind of the trope of she fell first but he fell harder.
Does anyone have recommendations with similar vibes? :)

I had some dreams last night where I was vaguely pressured into helping some mean girl steal from my parents friends. I was going above and beyond to get myself an alibi like going to a supermarket so I’d be seen looking at yoghurt and getting an Uber but to the next suburb over and so on. The girl was really mean and spread rumours about me as it was also like the last day of high school and I was super shy as usual but I had random people coming up being really friendly and it felt so nice and everything.
I kind of think I do want a child one day, mostly because I think I want to be a mother. I actually think, when I sort my head out, I could be a good one? Maybe? Maybe not but I feel like I have so much love inside of me to give sometimes and to be able to help someone grow into their own person sounds so wonderful? But also do I want all the downsides of parenting? All the costs? Loss of your own life? All the tantrums and BS that children do? I don’t know. Are they really worth it? I don’t know?

He’s like to his friend “I don’t care what happens I will go to war with them” all because his friend was turned into a vampire without consent centuries ago and left her for dead. Like my man perhaps the welfare of your thousands of soldiers and people should be considered before you go march them to their deaths all because you’re mad about one event. Like COME ON. Then again these heroes are all hundreds of years old and have the mind of a man in their young twenties to match their bodies and faces. Like you’re really telling me after centuries these men can’t GROW THE F UP? Christ. They’re so reactive and will do anything for their love which I adore and makes me swoon like a woman in some sort of mills and boon book but ffs dude shut up and be a proper leader cause this ain’t it yknow. So therefore I think I think with my head not my heart, I just think I’m a very emotional person alongside that which is where I get get confused. Also I love romance and love and so I get that confused too, like doesn’t that mean I think with my heart? But also am I about to go to war over some small event centuries ago because I love my best pal? No.

Idek where to start this since it's mostly out of the blue for me, but my one hope is some of my experience may be able to help someone else suffering the same way I am.
So from the beginning, 7 year old me was in the living room with my parents and a sex scene in the movie they where watching came on and I didn't even know what sex was or what a naked woman looked like so that was the first time in my life that I ever saw someone else naked and that basically a butterfly that started a hurricane.
7yr self curious as ever stumbled over to the little laptop I got for Christmas and roughly typed in naked girl or smth like that, it was like 11 years ago. But I remember the first image of porn I ever saw and I was weirded out but couldn't stop looking, It felt like a urge came over me. From age 7-9 I didn't touch myself but I watched porn maybe 2 times a week as my addiction grew.
I think at around age 10 or 10 and a half is when I actually started jerking off and I was instantly hooked from the small dopamine spikes and promptly went on the same process 2-4 times a week for about 3 years and over those 3 years my life was basically in ruins. I gained a lot of weight, everything I did felt boring, I was severely demotivated to the point even getting out of bed didn't seem worth it, it was nearly impossible to make me happy and I had depression by the age of 12 and had random times where I would just breakdown and cry and small things would almost always lead to a mental breakdown, I was clinically online cause nothing really made me happy so I thought watching other people be happy would make me happy (it didn't).
Of course I had several times where I quit but I always ended up relapsing 10x worse and going like 2 times 7 days a week. Which was really unhealthy not just for my mental health but for my physical health I felt weak and just felt like I was on autopilot most of the time.
At around age 14-17 puberty didn't make it any easier but it was also the time I got into my religion and masturbation was a sin and all that so I felt even more guilty but this was the time where I tried to step up and knew I needed to do something and I'm currently in that process right now of quitting. Now for the advice.

1.Get the device or whatever you watch porn on and put it as far away as possible. No this doesn't mean like out of your house or smth but like on the other side of the house.

1. Whenever you feel an urge, practice or do something productive even if it's night get up and just stand or do jumping jacks for a little or you could even watch a movie.
   
2. Therapy, I know people don't wanna hear it but this is one of the best methods is for professional help. Personally I had to get through myself cause therapy was expensive and my therapist wasn't good.
   
3. Wear headphones or play something loudly like music or even rain/white noise I prefer headphones personally but the reason for this is it makes my mind go blank cause I'm focusing on the noise and can't concentrate on thought.
   
4. Don't go looking for serious things on here unless its for advice or your trying to learn from someone else. This is mostly optional but the reason for this is all these serious things can bum a person out sometimes it's nice to just look at some anti porn memes to give you some encouragement to keep going.

There's a lot to this so let me try to cliff note:
My siblings and I were raised in a high control Christian religion. You couldn't have friends or marry someone outside of the faith. I left when I turned 18, but my family was still very active.
My brother really wanted a wife at a young age. You couldn't even kiss until you were married so I'm sure him wanting a wifey was really just him wanting to get physical with someone.
He dated someone seriously, she found out he looked at porn, told on him to the congregation leaders, and dumped him.
He didn't handle it well, went on Instagram and started following other young women of the same religion actively trying to find a new gf
He met his now wife on Instagram. She was new to the religion, and they made her dump her high school boyfriend to join and she couldn't be close to her non religion friends. Weirdly enough we grew up with her grandma in our congregation. So they had that connection and started dating. Both she and my brother were lonely and found each other when they were really needing companionship.
Well I think they fooled around because they ended up doing a really quick courthouse wedding and she had my niece within the first year of marriage.
My SIL is really hard to like. I tried really hard to make her feel like a part of the family, but pretty early on she set the precedent of being super entitled and only interested in what I could give/do for her.
They've been together for 5 years, and she just gave birth to my second niece. I've tried really hard to be a nice supportive family member. Over the years I hated the way she treated my brother. She was condescending and rude, but he always seemed oblivious to it. I thought maybe he was just so happy to be a dad or something. But I honestly don't think she loves him, she just loves what she can take from him if that makes sense.
She's very flaky and never follows through with anything she says, and as I mentioned, very entitled. A good example of the level of entitlement is that when my mom died, she went over to my parents house without telling anyone and just took whatever she wanted. I didn't know until I was at my brother's house one day and recognized something that was mine. She took a lot of family heirlooms or things I had as a kid that I was planning on passing down to my kids, and she gave them to my niece.
She is flaky to the point of having a new dog every 3 months. She finds one on craigslist, keeps it for a few months, decides there's something wrong with it's personality, then turns around and sells it. It breaks my heart every time and I've talked to my brother about how dogs shouldn't be treated that way. He says he knows and tells her not to do it, but then he comes home and there's another pet.
She hasn't worked their entire marriage. She'll get a job at Starbucks, work for a week, then find some reason to quit.
She has literally financially bankrupted my brother. She steals his credit cards. One time he hid them and she sought them out and had spent 8k in 3 days before he noticed. Before he was married he owned a home and was very financially responsible.
They ended up getting a home on a more expensive side of town, and he ended up with 2 mortgages on that house and over 200k in debt. The 200k does not include the mortgages or student loans. He's a software engineer and ended up picking up a 2nd job as a forklift driver to try to get ahead. I've seen text messages she's sent to a mutual friend saying that she likes having him gone all of the time.
So fast forward to recent events. I get a call out of nowhere with her crying hysterically saying my brother has cheated on her for the past 4 years and gave her an std when she was pregnant.
This was a shock cuz 1. How we were raised 2. He always seemed like perfect dad/husband who did everything in his power to take care of his family.
She literally called everyone she knew and told them this while my brother was at work. So when he comes home and finds out, it just kinda sealed everything for him. He left and moved into my childhood home. He's filing for bankruptcy, and apparently has a girlfriend. He's just done and wants nothing to do with her.
This really threw me. Honestly I think his actions are horrific no matter how justified. I was 8 months pregnant and if something like that happened to me, I don't think I could get through it. I think if he was unhappy, he should have talked to her. The way everything went down is just cruel and I'm struggling with my relationship with him.
Well my SIL doesn't have very many friends from the way she treats people. She does have a very supportive family and I hope they are there for her to help her through this. My brother took care of them in addition to her. He let her mom and brother live with them rent free, always paid for them when they went out anywhere, and even took them on a cross country family vacation. Everyone is pretty devasted.
I can't shake the feeling though they they are just mourning the lifestyle with him and not necessarily him.
Anyways, she doesn't have many friends and called/ texted me a lot after out of desperation trying to make sense of it all. I tried to be supportive and understanding and spent a few weeks helping. I never trashed my brother, I just let her know that I understand how hard everything is to go through and encouraged her to take care of herself and to guide through the grief process with therapy.
I had my baby and we kinda stopped talking. I just didn't have the energy anymore and she was starting to really talk trash about my family be every time we talked and it was just too much.
Well it's been 6 weeks since I gave birth and my siblings and I went to the zoo together with the baby. I was really excited to get out of the house and it was the first time my brother was getting to meet my baby due to my nieces constantly being sick. Well SIL found out and I guess it triggered her that I was hanging out with my brother and she's been sending really long messages about how messed up it is that we haven't reached out to her and see how she's doing and that we're just acting like what my brother did was ok and that there's no consequences for his actions.
I'm just at a loss on how to proceed. Honestly the texts made me angry because I WAS there when it first went down and did try to help. I really just don't want to try to continue a relationship, but a part of me still feels awful at what she's going through. If it happened to me, I would really want people to be there for me ya know? I'm also worried that she'll use the nieces as a bargaining chip and hold the relationship with them hostage. I also kinda wanted the door open to potentially get my stuff back now that I have a baby.
What are your thoughts? How would you proceed?
Her current arrangement with my brother is that she keeps the house and he pays the mortgage, he gets the girls on weekends, and he gives her 46k allowance a year so she doesn't have to work while she's taking care of the baby.
At this point all she needs to do is take care of her emotional wellbeing, but that's obviously been a struggle.
I haven't responded to her texts because I'm debating whether to just walk away or try to salvage some sort of relationship.

i want to get back into writing but im unsure what to write about . I'd like to get out of my comfort zone, but I do enjoy zombies, supernatrual stuff, and super heroes and weird power systems but i think ive been stumped on ideas.
it bit of i dont know what to write about or i have ideas and cant stick to them for what ever reasoning.

From september to december i didnt wach porn or masturbated. I remember i had feeling of loneliness. One night i saw picures of models on instagram, and then i go to incognito mode and search for porn. It didn't affect me at first. But after a while I felt such pressure in my whole body as before the first sexual experience. And then i relapse. From that time i start watching porn and masturbating again.
BUT NOW IM BACK AGAIN STRINGER THAN EVER BEFORE!
I'm now on my 4th day and i feel good! Wish me luck to break free from the demon's clutches!

I have recently built my new PC, and for some reason, my AIO (Kraken 360) cannot stay steady with the fan speeds. I tried to change it in my Bios, the CAM app and changed the connector on the board to all available spots as a last resort. Everything is plugged in correctly as well and the temps stay low, but the constant fluctuating of the fans is annoying me to no end. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
