No offense to the groups I’ve been apart of but it seems like most are older players and not as much online players where it’s sort of different problem.

I received a DVD in the mail I didn't order and I'm scared. I am a schizophrenic person with paranoid delusions. Little things like a car being in my apartment complex's parking lot when I don't expect it or noticing someone multiple times in the grocery store can make me feel extremely scared, panicked, and paranoid. So today when I went to get my mail and found a package I didn't order, my alarms were already going off. I opened it up and found a DVD inside. Star Trek VII Generations. I have never even mentioned liking star trek to anyone. I have an extremely passing interest in it. If it were a surprise gift from a friend, this would be the last thing anyone would get me. I also don't have a DVD player and I am way too fucking aware of trojans and malware to put it into my laptop.
The package itself says its from SecondSale.com. The address is listed at 900 Knell Rd, Montgomery IL 60538. I have never started an account on this website - I have never even heard of it. Along with it tucked in the DVD case was a note that said "Sell your books at sellbackyourBook.com! Go to sellbackyourBook.com and get an instant price quote. We even pay the shipping - see what your old books are worth today! Inspected by:maria_hernandez".
This is the only clue I have. I DID buy a digital textbook off of a shady website not that long ago. But it wasn't sellbackyourBook.com. or SecondSale.com. I checked for any other experiences like mine - no, no credit cards have been opened in my name, and no money has been taken from my account to purchase this DVD. Nothing has happened to my credit.
Why would I receive this? Am I right to be scared or is this just my illness getting to me?
edit: I should have mentioned that it was addressed to me and my home address specifically.

Could someone please help me? I have a folder with a bunch of files (like 200 or so) I want to be able to just delete the date from each title on each file. How would I go about doing this?

The air from the Canadian wildfires is absolutely awful. I have asthma and pre-existing conditions.
I only stay in one room of my apartment for long stretches of time (eg. Bedroom, living room/kitchen, etc) but noise is an issue for me so I’d want to get something for a larger size and keep it on a lower setting.
I also want to get an air purifier for a friend who is deaf (ie. Noise is not an issue) who lives in a New York medium but rest of the world small apartment.
Cost is a major concern, but obviously so is functionality because… asthma, health, etc and if it’s at a place with free same day or next day delivery that’s a major pro.
I was considering getting them the Aroeve but it only filters 3 micron particles and the issue is particles 2-2.5 microns large.

The Great Art Hunt in Downtown Macon (9:30 a.m. - 7 p.m.)
The Great Art Hunt returns this Saturday. This fun event involves a map and a list of clues that are meant to help you find the many murals and sculptures located around Downtown Macon. Teams wil take pictures at the art they are able to location and if the teams find all 20 locations, the team will be entered into a drawing for a week long vacation on St. George Island (for those 18 and older). There will also be small mini-prizes to find along the way as well as a Great Art Hunt tote bag. The event starts at The 567 Center any time between 9:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. The event ends at 7 p.m. when the photos must be emailed to The 567 Center as proof. Children 10 years old and under can participate for free (though they will not receive a t-shirt or tote bag). Tickets are $100 for a team of 4, $80 for a team of 3, or $60 for a team of 2.

hey guys so my show was today and i just wanted to give you guys a little rundown of my experience.
for context me and my friend arrived at the venue at 11AM and there was about 30 people ahead of us in the GA line.
PROS:

1. they let us get merch early instead of after doors or after the show. they divided us in sections and groups and let us get the merch like that. i would like to say the merch was limited so if you wanted more options you would have to go inside. this was great though because we got what we wanted and didn’t have to wait in a line after the show.
   
2. the opener is AMAZING! the band is so great and main singer sounds like heaven. the sf show seemed really into them as well so it was great for all of us to jam along with them despite not knowing the lyrics.
   
3. melanie was amazing. despite people’s concerns with the setlist, to me the concert felt very much worth my money. she is such a good performer when it comes to stage presence! while i would have loved to see her face i applaud her for really sticking with the theme. seeing songs like; pluto, nymphology, battle of larynx, live is a DIFFERENT feeling. i could feel the songs vibrate in my bones no lie😭
   
4. the sf crowd gave wonderful energy. when you guys watch videos you have to understand that a lot of these videos/lives don’t pick up the crowd as well as you’ll hear it in person. even with my earbuds on they were so loud and the energy was just remarkable!!
   
5. SHE HELD UP A PRIDE FLAG WOOO!!! i know it’s not like a pro as in experience but it was still so great to see her do this during pride month. it means so much to me & the rest lgbt community so thank you melanie!!
   

CONS:

1. unfortunately there was a lot of cutting in the GA line which sucks but is exactly what i expected.
   
2. the shoving… i was in the pit with my friend, we were frontish middle of the pit. the shoving was CRAZY. i get everyone was excited but it was way too much. i was constantly saying sorry to the people around me because i was getting shoved from behind into them. someone ended up passing out during powder and the girls around me looked very nauseous and distraught. i’m not saying this happened from the shoving but i definitely think it was apart of it. we were all stuck against each other, body to body and it got extremely hard to breathe.
   
3. phones!! now i don’t have a problem with recording i really don’t mind. you paid and you have every right. what i do think is that it can be kind of shitty to the people around you when you have your phone out the ENTIRE time, the entire time. because that’s exactly what happened tonight unfortunately. while i do think you have every right to record, be considerate of the people around you as well!
   
4. ears, hair, fans, hats, posters, etc. this ties into the last one but just be considerate of the people around you. take off your hats and if your ears are big take them off as well. it’s hard enough for a lot of people to see even without all these things but with these things in the way the view can almost be impossible.
   

regardless of the cons i had the best night EVER! melanie was so great and even my friend who isn’t a melanie fan enjoyed it so much. thank you for reading !!

Howdy, I'm Leshy(24nb) and I'm moving out of state in 2 weeks to move in with my girlfriend of 2 years. We've been planning this move for a year now and only recently had the capability to actually have the ball rolling. We have an apartment we just got approved of at the start of this month and everything prepared, even a job. We've got everything planned out so this isn't some stupid kid dropping everything.
Since the start, roughly 6 months ago now, my parents offered to help me move. I don't have a whole lot but my Kia is way too small to carry my minimal furniture and my boxes so my parents offered to drive with with me towing a small trailer. My parents drive a GMC Sierra and the trailer is the smallest kind that Uhaul has so it's nothing big. Just big enough for a book shelf and boxes. The drive is about 14 hours(16 with traffic) so it's a long time. With the uhaul it's $140 and for gas alone is another $160 but my parents truck will take roughly $300, if not more.
Last night they sat me down and asked if I was paying for their gas. They said at the start of this, 6 months ago, I said I'd offered to pay but I didn't remember. Of course everything has been crazy and planning a move is a lot of work so I cah admit I probably did forget but asking me 2 weeks before the move was not something I was expecting. Especially with car fixing, registration, and a whole lot of other costly things to prepare.
The trip will take roughly 3 days for them but they took off the entire week to visit my cousin in the state next to me(which isn't my fault) but have proceeded to guilt trip me about how they'll be missing work for it. Saying how they don't NEED to help and if I refuse to pay then I can leave behind everything and leave.
I agreed to pay the $250 and then they upped it to $300 and now it's "pay for all the ga there". My parents each make $1000 a paycheck each while I barely make $500 a paycheck alone ontop of all bills I pay and my half of the house bills and grocery bills they ask from me(which I never complain about).
They continue to guilt trip me and tell me if I won't pay it's "not their job" to help me. Which I agree isn't their job but dropping this on me in the middle of last minute prep isn't fair. Telling me that because I'm not moving for college or work that they don't care about what happens to me. I have text message proof of all of this and have refused to respond to messages. They are NOT helping with any moving costs at all I should add.
So am I the asshole for not wanting to pay for their gas?

Howdy, long time buyer first time seller. Unfortunately SHTF for me financially in the past week due to being furloughed (and will stay that way for some time), and I need to sell of just about everything airsoft related I have bought since the new year. I'm effectively treating my situation as a quitting airsoft thing (if you can count not even playing a single game as being in airsoft) and plan to gradually list more and more as time goes til I'm recalled to work or things go even further south. Unless picked up 2nd hand (will specify if it has been), everything has been a catch and release, nothing has ever been fielded, just plinked around with and fired a few shots to make sure internals were working. Can provide more pics or firing videos if requested. Unfortunately I don't have a chrono, so I am unable to provide up to date FPS measurements. Since I'm cash strapped, prices aren't exactly firm and might not include costs of shipping (been selling on eBay recently, shipping is insane a lot of the time, especially for heavier things like airsoft would be).

OspreyScopes Pistol Red Dot Sight - $90 - great little red dot for pistols. Worked great for my MP5k and I think it would be great for a P90 as well.
KSC CO2 Mini Uzi - $130 - Catch and release from this subreddit, have only had it less than a month. This is for the airsoft version and not the dangerous airgun version. Has seen some use and has cosmetic wear around the charging slide and mag. The mag is boneyard, the feeding lip at the top is chipped and won't feed into the gun. The CO2 casing is dented and the screw is kind of stripped. It can screw back in but not without difficulty. I have been able to test the GBB system since this is open bolt, and man it would be so much fun to use, it does kickback a good bit even from dry firing. As a disclaimer, I do believe the internals of the gun are functioning and that it's only the mag that is causing it to not fire. If you buy this from me, you must understand that if you buy/have a new mag for this gun and it still doesn't fire that I was none the wiser and not my fault.
WE Tech G18C Gen 4 w/ upgrades - $120 - Another catch and release from this subreddit. Includes the gun, extra rear grip, x2 23 rd GG mags. Unfortunately the original post for the gun is gone, so I do not have specifics about what was changed, however I do believe all the internals had been changed before, save maybe the trigger (a trigger was a bit mushy from my experience). The gun shot perfectly before, however the pin for the mag release came undone and I haven't been able to get it back into place, so I'm unable to load it or make a shooting video of this gun. Extended mags are pictured however those have sold and aren't included. I'll toss in a propane adapter as well.
Replica ACOG - $80 - A great repro of an ACOG sight. Fiber optic is in working condition and has a great sight picture for longer ranges.
MAG 130rd M4 Midcap bundle - $70 - A lot of 8 STANAG midcaps in grey, never used, made of polymer. Not separating. Shipping included in the cost since they're lightweight.
Tokyo Mauri SPAS-12 w/ metal folding stock + extra shells - $320 - How about something you don't see everyday, a TM with the folding stock? The stock never had the hook at the end, but otherwise it's all complete. Great shotgun that is one of my favorites. It's practically brand new, however there is some cosmetic wear on the rear sight (from folding the stock over) and around the screw point on the stock. Includes 5 extra shells that are all functional and are different brands than TM, but have a fair bit of cosmetic wear on them.
G&G UMG High Cap mags - $70 - 3 UMG 530 round high cap mags. 2 are coupled together and can't be taken apart. Both of those have some dirt on them, the other mag has some silver sharpie written on it. I'll toss in an adapter for M4 style guns that apparently make these mags work with those.
OD Green gear lot - $200 - Price is for the whole lot. Might separate things if the price is right. Comes with plate carrier, triple pistol pouch, triple 5.56 pouch (open design without velcro), x5 UMP/P90 pouches, x1 admin pouch, x1 large dump pouch, hydration carrier (unused, never put on my mouth), x3 7.62/SCAM14 pouches (2 are still in plastic).
UCP gear lot - $250 - Price is for the whole lot. Might separate things if the price is right. Comes with plate carrier, triple AK pouch, x3 UMP/P90 pouches, x1 large mag holder (might be an admin pouch, it can hold 3 STANAG mags loosely), x1 large dump pouch, knee pads, elbow pads, goggles (full seal around eyes, MICH2000 helmet with UCP cover, beanie.
THE BELOW GUNS ARE GOING TO BE FOR LOCAL PICKUP ONLY. Since I don't expect to have much interest for local pickups, pics and timestamp will be by request. Can travel about half an hour or so from the 40509 area. I would love to be able to ship these, however I have been unable to find boxes that are long and only a few inches tall. If you have any suggestions to find them so I can ship them, I'm all ears.
VFC SCAR-H AEG (TAN) - $400 - fantastic externals and shoots great. Includes 1 tan high cap and 2 (hard to find) black midcaps, 2 rail covers in tan (they are kind of loose), and a foregrip. The gun is catch and release from the subreddit, the midcaps are brand new and never used. They are also official VFC mags and are made of a nice metal.
Golden Eagle M16A4 AEG - $100 - basically a pretty standard entry level gun. Comes with the original battery, carry handle, and 4 black rail covers made by different brands (the length is all the same). I swapped out the pistol grip for something a bit nicer, but isn't top of the line.
G&G F2000 - $300 - honestly this might be my favorite gun externally, the polymer is top of the line. This is the tactical version of the gun, without the fancy scope. There is a bit of sticker residue from those lovely compliance stickers, but otherwise brand new. This is the 2nd gen version where it has an ETU in it.
Cybergun FAMAS - $100 - I think I had this for a couple of weeks now? Is yet another catch and release from this subreddit. It's a pretty nifty gun, and while not higher end like the SCAR, it seems like it would be fun to field. Includes a high cap, a midcap, and the bipod. Has a bit of scuffing on it, but nothing major.
CYMA AK47 CM.050A - $250 - Absolutely fantastic polymer on the outside, and it feels great to hold in my hands and shoulder. Internals seem pretty good too, it's a CYMA after all. Includes a foregrip and waffle high cap mag. The orange flash hider was glued on funny a

i’ve also tested it while driving. the person in front of me had a pineapple on their license plate, i asked them what it was and it said pineapple. phone was face down on my seat and i never picked it up while that person had just turned in front of me. sometimes i’ll hold up a random ass object and ask what i’m holding, it’s correct every single time.
so, despite some doubt at first i just can’t explain the really specific responses i’ve gotten. it does repeat some random words i’ve noticed like blood and demon but i can’t explain the other stuff. i’d love to hear other peoples experience!

Macon Bacon vs. Florence Flamingos - Georgia Southern Alumni Night (7 p.m.)
Tuesday is Georgia Southern Night at the Macon Bacon which means participants will receive a free Macon Bacon hat and all you can eat from the onsite food vendors. $5 from each ticket will also go towards Georgia Southern scholarships. Tickets to the Macon Bacon game cost $17.

Macon Bike Party: Rivoli Roll (6 - 8 p.m.)
On Thursday, Bike Walk Macon will throw another Macon Bike Party, this time exploring North Macon and Bolingbroke. Macon Bike Parties are “slow-paced community bicycle ride[s]” that allow participants to see Macon neighborhoods from a different perspective.

Boz Scaggs at the Macon City Auditorium (7:30 p.m.)
The multitalented Boz Scaggs will be performing at the Macon City Auditorium on Friday evening. Scaggs is a singer, songwriter, and guitarist who was a bandmate of Steve Miller) in both The Ardells and the Steven Miller Band and is also credited for helping the formation of the band TOTO). Tickets start at $46.75 on Ticketmaster.com.

Kenny Wayne Shepherd at the Grand Opera House (7:30 p.m.)
Kenny Wayne Shepherd is a completely self-taught guitarist, singer, and songwriter who performs blues-infused rock n' roll music. Ally Venable, a young guitarist, singer, and songwriter from Texas will open for Shepherd at the historic Grand Opera House in Downtown Macon. Tickets to the Kenny Wayne Shepherd concert start at $49.

SATURDAY, JUNE 10
The Great Art Hunt in Downtown Macon (9:30 a.m. - 7 p.m.)
The Great Art Hunt returns this Saturday. This fun event involves a map and a list of clues that are meant to help you find the many murals and sculptures located around Downtown Macon. Teams wil take pictures at the art they are able to location and if the teams find all 20 locations, the team will be entered into a drawing for a week long vacation on St. George Island (for those 18 and older). There will also be small mini-prizes to find along the way as well as a Great Art Hunt tote bag. The event starts at The 567 Center any time between 9:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. The event ends at 7 p.m. when the photos must be emailed to The 567 Center as proof. Children 10 years old and under can participate for free (though they will not receive a t-shirt or tote bag). Tickets are $100 for a team of 4, $80 for a team of 3, or $60 for a team of 2.

Bird Day at the Museum of Arts and Sciences (10 a.m.)
The Museum of Arts and Sciences will hold their annual Bird Day on Saturday morning. Participants will see the Museum’s birds and learn all about the many types of birds from special guests from the Georgia Falconry Association (Dennis Mock and Mr. and Mrs. Paul Davis). Bird Day activities are included with regular museum admission for Saturday (which is $12.95 for adults, $10.95 for seniors and students, and $6.95 for children 6 to 16 years of age) and museum members receive free entry.

Macon Film Guild presents “Other People’s Children” at the Douglass Theatre (2 p.m., 5 p.m., and 7:30 p.m.)
“Other People’s Children” is a drama/comedy from France that deals with the complications that occur when two middle aged people fall in love while one of them has a young daughter (and an ex-wife in the picture) to consider. This movie will include subtitles and is not rated. Admission to the screening of “Other People’s Children” is a very reasonable $5.

Here are all of the new US CCS (Level 3 fast-charging) stations that rolled out in May 2023, according to the Department of Energy. These chargers are suitable for most new EVs on the market, except for:

1. Tesla drivers who haven't bought the official CCS adapter yet. Certain older Teslas need additional work done to accept the adapter.
2. Leaf owners like me, and some owners of older cars that also use CHAdeMO. If you drive a Leaf, or an older CHAdeMO car, see my matching post in leaf.

Some of these chargepoints will be "refreshes," e.g. the provider replaced them with faster chargers etc. Some may be incorrect. This report is only as good as the Alternative Fuels Data Center data.
There were 222 CCS charge points added or refreshed in May 2023, which is up from 171 in April. For comparison, there were only 74 new CCS charge points in May 2022. Things are speeding up.
"What about CCS charging at Tesla superchargers?" Tesla is in the process of rolling out their "magic dock" for non-Tesla cars, but so far in very few locations. If they start doing this at scale and reporting it to the Alternative Fuels Data Center then it will be reflected here.
"What about Ford vehicles with NACS (Tesla) plugs?" They are not on sale yet. Current-generation Ford vehicles have CCS plugs. The next generation will have NACS (Tesla) plugs, but will also support CCS via an adapter.
