I recently did a multi night stay in a nature area in an upscaled tent (glamping) The area backed to another area with holiday cottages/cabins offered by another firm.
The host left very detailed instructions on what to do for noise complaints for the cottages. The rules and listing also mentioned whisper quiet after 11pm.
The second night there was some loud music from the cottages until around midnight. I followed the process as in the rules and the night watchman helped resolve it.
The last night there was a party going until 4am. There was no help from the host or watchman. I messaged them several times when there were loud episodes. The rules stated not to engage the other parties ourselves.
All of this was coming from a neighboring property, not the ground i was staying in. I did not get any sleep. I did not expect this from a nature area listing!
Is it justified to ask the owner for a partial refund? I feel this is not the first time this had occurred to guests and it should be documented in the listing.

My mother is selling her house, she is widowed and vulnerable and doesn't understand how this works. She is also very headstrong and determined to move as she can't manage the stairs any more.

Am I right in thinking this is very, very strange and worrying? The process has been handled via the estate agent and she's never had a conversation with him and only knows his name and his wife's. She accepted his offer only 2/3 weeks ago and has agreed a purchase on a new bungalow. It cannot be a mistake as he had the quote for potential house insurance very recently and declined, but he would have had to give her address for the quote for it to be sent to her.
She knows I'm opposed to her selling through this particular estate agent (I've dealt with them before) but I asked if I could talk to the estate agent today on her behalf and she agreed, so I'd like to speak to them being informed about how worried this makes me. Someone mentioned identity theft/property theft/squatters rights/proof of ownership etc before the sale goes through. I'm so worried, I told myself I wouldn't get involved because I don't agree with her reasons but I'm super worried about her and her decisions.

TLDR: I sit at the back of the shop with my small business and this lady at the front of the shop with her business runs to customers when she sees them heading towards me to divert them elsewhere. What should I do?
An odd question so my apologies I was not sure how to phrase it.
So I have a small business which I run from a shop, the stand I rent is at the back of the shop so it’s harder for customers to see me. I put a sign up to help with that. The lady at the front of the store (she rents a stand also) who’s business is similar got angry at that stating " a sign won’t give you more customers, you only get customers because I send some over to you”. Other things were said but we’re mostly repetitions of what was already said.
The owner of the store told me to keep the sign as it’s harmless and since then this lady will literally run over to customers that head towards me and divert them elsewhere. To other stores entirely! Even when I have called a customer over she intervenes and stops them..
What the hell do I do? This isn’t normal behaviour and she’s supposedly done this before.

I was given 200mg TRT, HCG SQ Injection 50units and anastrozole tablets (if needed). Oh and some Vitamin D. My levels were also trash there. I've already been give one dose of TRT and have a month supply. Here's my hesitance on continuing and after thoughts, could be derived from ignorance but that's also why I'm here for a plethora of opinions from a niche audience; I was a competitive strongman competitor in college. Thru ages 19-26 I was placing in most contests. Always been naturally strong. Even now, I'm still strong albeit a bit fatter. 6ft, weighing >245lbs. I can easily rep 315 on squat, easily bench 225 for 12 reps, easily deadlift 405. None of those max effort cause I've got multiple past injuries that keep me from pushing myself to maxes. Low back issues. w/e. These days I lift with serious body builders. I'm not at their level, but I can almost keep up. Which I consider good seeing as I consider myself to be pretty out of shape. a year ago I was 195lbs, 6 pack pushing to see my 8 well, which I didn't even realize I had. Albeit- not as strong as I was when I was fatter. Only reason I'm mentioning all of this is I'm so flabbergasted that my test levels actually came back this low. Now can I afort a PSVR2 without much thought sure, would I commit to that purchase without an extensive hands-on session, absolutely not. Samsung absolutely stiffed each of there stores with Galaxy Gear demo points a couple of years back when they releases this little gadget and I'm sure we will see Apple Vision being available in most Apple stores around release for hands-on. Why is Sony not doing this?
If Sony was serious about selling more PSVR2 units they should make sure their own stores have demo systems, partner with big gaming retailers to put demo systems in Gamestop and so on. VR has to be sold as an experience, no amount of youtube videos showcase, product reviews, high-gloss ads or tech specs can shift units here, potential consumers need to be able to try it. Sure, there is a chance people will decide it is not for them and avoid a purchase, but on the other hand, at least for myself, I can say without trying it there is zero chance I will purchase any VR system.

Has the DLC for Cold Steel 3/4 ever gone on sale for PSN? I've been putting them off for other reasons (different games, life events) and have been watching for sales yet it seems like I haven't found a single time anything other than the games themselves were on sale.
