Hi all, I bough a CPU i5 12400F, 16gb Kingston Ram and a Gigabyte Motherboard B760M DS3H DDR4 to upgrade my system. What happens its that many times (every day) the CPU usage is huge - very above normal - even not using heavy programs that justifies that. Many times, I check task manager, and the CPU usage, is very high, when I was just on Windows folders, and browsing - nothing more. It reaches easily 60/70% CPU usage, and sometimes even 80/90/100% with no reason. Different task's, makes the CPU reaches almost the limit - check the pics. Even "Windows explorer" task, sometimes reaches 50-60% CPU usage, I’ve check that many times on Task manager. This happen with no apparent reason, I do not use heavy software. And with the exact same kind of usage, with my last PC which were half powerful and with half ram ( a 9400F with 8Gb Ram) Never had this issues, neither, a so high CPU usage. Since this CPU is double powerful in all aspects, wasn't expectable that the CPU, on the same kind of use, works with less effort and have less CPU usage?! Even the Windows Restart's/Boot, were more quick with my oldest Setup than on this Setup ( and I’ve already activate the Fast Boot on Bios). The only difference were, that my previous motherboard was an MSI ( a very low end H310M PRO-M2 PLUS model), and this actual one its a "new" Gigabyte B760M DS3H DDR4 model. Could the motherboard model/Brand are making all of this underperformance and issues ? At normal use, i can say, that i can't notice any kind of performance improvement with this new Setup ( that is twice powerful) I only do feel a better performance on games, but I’m a casual gamer, and i almost play CS:GO, and less more. The real difference is that with this Cup/mobo, anything I do reaches high CPU and energy usage very easily. I have Windows Fresh install, no Virus, Adware. Bios Updated to last firmware. No background running programs. Just Windows 10 64bit with the essential's. Other problem is the High CPU FAN RPM's ( and noise, obviously ). I know that the Stock Fans were not the most quiet, but for many years, i never bought an aftermarket Cooler, since I don't use heavy software, and even gaming I don’t play heavy CPU games, so the stock cooler is more than enough for the needs, and I’ve checked a review/noise test comparison on YouTube, and my Fan doesn't perform near close to that: https://youtu.be/yhKBABCfmpk?t=240 , and note, the CPU and cooler its the same. I wish, my Fan run so smoothly and constant, and specially so quiet like the one on the video. This video show's a "little" of the random RPM's i am talking about, with windows idle, closed programs, just opening/switching between folder's, but I can say that usually is worst than the video, and phone mic it not capture the best sound, personally the FAN noise is much more aggressive, and usually the RPM'S are worst, (VERY) annoying and uncomfortable, Specially at night : https://streamable.com/523h6e The CooleFan just ramp up quickly to High RPM's, by no reason and completely randomly, like if i were using the CPU with really heavy programs. Sometimes by just opening a Browser tab or a Folder is enough to listen the Fan ramping up Hard - what its not normal. And the most weird, is that the Fan randomly changes RPM's frequently. By itself, the CPU CooleFan is not quiet, but actually is running very above normal and making a lot of noise - much above the usual. The Fan could be working at 1500RPM'S, but by no reason, changes to 2000/2200RPM'S, sometimes 3000RPM'S - while using Windows - once again; no heavy programs, just windows, folders, and browsing. Fan randomly and constantly changes RPM'S , never stays idle, like the CPU are. At night, is almost impossible, stay with the PC turned ON. Its not the 1st time, that i have the PC turned on, but I’m not using it. I sit on my bedroom, at some PC distance, and I listen the FAN ramping up Hard... like !?!? I'm not even using the PC lol its on idle, there are no programs running. How the Fan ramp up like if i was using the CPU heavily ? PS: I have my PC Case well good refrigerated ( tbh, due to this problem, and to test, the PC Case is opened - No differences ). PS: I configured and tested FAN Profiles on Bios, and its on a Silent/Manual smooth Fan curve, even so the result, is what I’ve explained. Because, if I let the default Profile "Normal Fan", the problem is even worst, and the noise its impossible to stay near the PC, it's an airplane noise. But even with a very smooth Fan curve, I can hear the fan a LOT . But the Random RPM's ramp up's and down, even with a manual smooth Fan curve remains exactly the same. The Fan constantly changes RPM's (hardly), looks like and F1 car motor on a race lol. I spend lot of hours testing ( I have some IT experience ), searching, reading, and I cannot find any solution, neither what could be the problem root. To me, should be a faulty motherboard, or CPU, but I make tests to the CPU, and on all of them everything seems ok, so, i think that the problem could be the motherboard. I've contacted Intel and nothing were detected. I've contacted Gigabyte and they just simple ignore the questions, they just told me to take the board to warranty – No troubleshooting, no help, nothing ! The questions is to, trying to know the cause of this issues, since I still have the chance to return mobo and CPU, and change for a better and stable hardware choices. But firstly I need to know and understand which device is causing troubles, if the CPU, if the Board. And my budget it's not very high, so, I would like to replace the part that is causing issues. Do you consider Gigabyte a good motherboard brand for low/mid end range? It's the 1st time i give a chance to Gigabyte, usually i buy MSI, and honestly i was happy with motherboard's, and with the UEFI BIOS . But honestly i doesn't like the BIOS at all, and with this issues, makes me very sceptical to Gigabyte, at the same time I also feel like this motherboard doesn't have much stability ( i could be wrong). I bought this Gigabyte Mobo due to the price point, and they bring heatsink on (half) VRM and a heatsink to the SSD M.2 Nvme... Maybe i was caught by the Brand marketing. I have a Gigabyte Graphic Card and no issues, runs well. But for low/mid end motherboards, Gigabyte could not be the best option. I'm thinking to return this motherboard since i have 2more days to do it, and buy an MSI again or a Asus. But the last MSI I have was 3years ago, don't know how are they now. My last MSI was an H310M PRO-M2 PLUS, a super entry level motherboard, but always worked Flawlessly with a great performance and stability, and with a very Good UEFI BIOS and options configurations! If anyone got ideas, from what can be, I would appreciate. Since I search and tested everything and don't find nothing that tells me the cause.

Moreover, these changes represent a further deterioration in the relationships between Reddit and its user base. First ‘new’ reddit looks flashy but is regressive in functions and control. Much as we know we are hardly popular as a group, mods are expected to do more and more, but the tools we have to achieve it are incredibly few. Most key tools are not provided by Reddit, and rely on the goodwill of developers who get no support from Reddit.
Now reddit seems to be taking several steps to pump up the userbase and inflate their revenue and value, presumably for an IPO (selling shares in Reddit). This ignores that the assets of Reddit are the users who create content and interact with the sites, and the unpaid janitors of the mod community. Without both groups’ goodwill and engagement, Reddit could go from a vibrant community to a ghost town overnight.

On May 31, 2023, Reddit announced they were raising the price to make calls to their API from being free to a level that will kill every third party app on Reddit, from Apollo to Reddit is Fun to Narwhal to BaconReader.
Even if you’re not a mobile user and don’t use any of those apps, this is a step toward killing other ways of customizing Reddit, such as Reddit Enhancement Suite or the use of the old.reddit.com desktop interface .
This isn’t only a problem on the user level: many subreddit moderators depend on tools only available outside the official app to keep their communities on-topic and spam-free.
What’s the plan?
On June 12th, many subreddits will be going dark to protest this policy. Some will return after 48 hours: others will go away permanently unless the issue is adequately addressed, since many moderators aren’t able to put in the work they do with the poor tools available through the official app. This isn’t something any of us do lightly: we do what we do because we love Reddit, and we truly believe this change will make it impossible to keep doing what we love.
The two-day blackout isn’t the goal, and it isn’t the end. Should things reach the 14th with no sign of Reddit choosing to fix what they’ve broken, we’ll use the community and buzz we’ve built between then and now as a tool for further action.
What can you do as a user?
• Complain. Message the mods of /reddit.com, who are the admins of the site: message reddit: submit a support request: comment in relevant threads on /reddit, such as this one, leave a negative review on their official iOS or Android app- and sign your username in support to this post. • Spread the word. Rabble-rouse on related subreddits. Meme it up, make it spicy. Bitch about it to your cat. Suggest anyone you know who moderates a subreddit join the coordinated mod effort at /ModCoord. • Boycott and spread the word…to Reddit’s competition! Stay off Reddit entirely on June 12th through the 13th- instead, take to your favorite non-Reddit platform of choice and make some noise in support! • Don’t be a jerk. As upsetting this may be, threats, profanity and vandalism will be worse than useless in getting people on our side. I bought a i5 12400f to upgrade my PC, with a fresh windows install 2 weeks ago. I have not much programs installed, only the basics.
Its happening that the Cooler Fan is performing totally with random RPM's speeds, the Fan is "quiet" in one moment, and by nothing Ramp UP Hardly. The Fan ramp Up, and Ramp down continuously.
https://streamable.com/523h6e Yeah, this is my CPU Fan Cooler "normal" working behaviour, with low cpu usage lol. When I open a Tab/Browser, or even a Folder, the Fan Speed up like a F1 motor. PS: and my phone doesn't catch the sound well. I can assure that, in person is 20x worst. And, at night, its impossible to have the PC Turned On. And this Fan Noise, it's with the Silent/Manual (super) Soft Fan Curve, because if I use the Default Fan curve on Bios, its almost an airplane noise.
I've search on youtube for cooler review, and i checked a video precisely with the same CPU and Cooler Fan, and the noise difference and Behaviour, is simply HUGE: https://youtu.be/yhKBABCfmpk?t=240 this is, how is supposed the Fan perform, and noise levels. Comparing with this video, my Fan looks like it was always at Full speed - at noise comparison.
Many times, when i check the Task Manager, i see windows tasks using a LOT of CPU... photos attached. ( maybe its this that ramp up the CPU fan !!??!?! weird ) On my older Setup, a 9400F a CPU with half performance, compared with the actual 12400F, i've never had any issue, neither Fan Noise, neither High CPU usage.
I've made all possible test's, search online, and i've got no conclusion. On CPU test's everything is working good, it passes all test's. I've already have a smooth Fan Curve on BIOS for the Fan Cooler - with the Standard Fan curve profile, PC looks like a airplane. The noise is less, but the Fan its not matching the work as supposed to done, since CPU is getting High usage from windows tasks.
Many times CPU reaches 50-60% of usage, while on IDLE, or using windows only, sometimes browsing also. I think that its not normal, since before this 12400F, i've got a 9400F ( half performance CPU ), but always worked properly, Fan ramping up when the CPU was truly in use, never seen the CPU with High usage with no Reason ( or idle ), etc. Sometimes, the CPU reaches 90/100% only in windows with a browser opened.
Or worst: Many times i have the PC turned ON, without using it, so its totally IDLE. I was sit on my bedroom ( at some distance from the PC), and (by nothing) I listen the FAN ramping up Hard... like !?!? I'm not even using the PC... lol its on idle, there are no programs running. How the Fan ramp up like if i was using the CPU heavily ? PS: I have a PC Case well good refrigerated ( tbh, due to this problem, and to test, the PC Case its even opened - But No differences ).
Could anyone tell me from what to start ? Any ideas about this problems ?
PS: I've tested everything, search and research, but got no solutions. I've checked for Virus, Spyware, etc, and its totally clean. Windows has 2weeks from the Fresh installation, and i have no many programs installed. I also checked every possible Windows errors/problems, but without luck.
Is Windows with any "weird" problem ? or its a Motherboard or CPU Problem ? Is this normal on this i5 CPU ? Noise and CPU Usage ? I presume that this is not normal at all. Since with the exact same kind of usage, my old 9400F never behave like this, with huge CPU usage while on IDLE, neither a crazy Fan noise, and without this spiking fan speeds.
Gigabyte Motherboard B760M DS3H DDR4 & i5 12400F - Windows 10 PRO 64bits

Hello, I was recently scammed on carousell around 23rd - 28th May. The tldr is the person sold me a digital product, refused to give me the proof of ownership ( of which we had disagreements with after the sales, and he claims to have some sort of sentimental value of it) on 23rd May. Having the proof of ownership of that product allows him to retrieve the product back despite selling it to me, of which he did after 5days,hence 23rd-28th May. I already suspected he might retrieve it back at this point hence I made a report early.
The police report was made on 23rd (Report was initially not filed as a scam), and I have hard evidence of him taking the product back after he sold it to me (I have evidence of him selling it again to another carousell user and their conversation).
I have also been updating the IO of my case quite frequently, sending him whatever information I have, updates of it becoming a scam etc. But progress of the investigation has been quite slow and the IO only told me it was under review last week.
I just want to know if anyone made a report of a similar case and how long does the investigation usually take. From my friend's recount, the IO of his case managed to freeze the bank account of the perpetuator within 3days, yet in this case it has been quite awhile and nothing has been done, considering I already have pretty hard evidence of it.

My aunt got diagnosed with I can't remember the name but I know it's a hormonal cancer that's been growing since her 20's and she's now in her 40's. It's spread all throughout her abdominal area.She has been through a roougghh time. I think she's almost died 4 times in the past year and a half. Lots of hospital visits, always on oxy for pain, barely able to eat, lost a ton of weight, can't get out anymore and live. It's horrible. Luckily her treatments are working and it's stopping her cancer from growing.
My relationship with her has basically been non existent because when I was 3 years old family drama went down she tried to adopt a baby because she couldn't have kids (probably from the cancer growing) and someone in my family said she wasn't a good fit to be a mother to the adoption agency honestly I don't see why she's an amazing person. But nobody would confess and she and my uncle moved away. I think I got to see my uncle maybe every 1-2 years, she wouldn't visit though. But sometime in 2018 both of them came up and I got to visit with them. I hadn't seen her since I was 3 then I was 20 and I knew she was my aunt but I had a hard time connecting because I'm terrible at social interaction lol. Then the next time I see her I'm 23 when I go to visit her and my uncle with my grandma to visit and help her out with the cancer.
Things didn't really go as planned like my grandma had wanted, we were basically just in their way. We thought we'd go and help out while my uncle was working but his job didn't have any work for him when he decided to go back. It had been a whole month that he'd gotten anything and they were worried they'd have to move and he'd have to get a new job. I didn't have a great time when I was there either, I deal with a long list of health issues myself and they were in full swing during the visit. One of those was the worst period of my life, I think being at higher elevation was making it bad. I was extremely tired, lost alot of blood, horrible cramps that made me almost pass out, muscle soreness, brain fog, depression, etc. It wasn't fun. Not only was that going on but my grandma was being horrible to me. As much as I appreciated her bringing me with her and paying for everything and obviously unconditionally love her, she's a narcissist. The whole trip as soon as a showed an inch of joy she got mad that I was having a good time and started bullying me, controlling everything I did like wouldn't let me eat in the car when I had a migraine and needed food, not letting me go the places I wanted to, telling me I couldn't watch shows with cuss words in it (as a 23yr old lmao), constantly telling me I was like my mom who she hates and telling me I was being dramatic and lazy like her. Telling me my aunt and uncle didn't want to see the things I was interested in showing them which was a lie, lied to me multiple times about her conversations with my aunt and uncle to try to guilt trip me into feeling bad about any movement I made. I wasn't in the best mood when I was visiting them. But here's the thing, I enjoyed the fuck out of my time with my aunt and uncle.
They are great people, and really made me feel welcomed. I got some one on one time with my uncle the most instead of my aunt. Him and I got to bond a few times when going to run errands, he got emotional and said I was his daughter, had a few deep talks about rough times they've gone through and he expressed how much he loves my aunt, got to hang out while he was working on his car. I didn't get much of that with my aunt and it makes me sad. I wanted to connect with her but my grandma was around her all the time and wasn't letting me be myself or else she'd use it as ammo against me. We watched tv together, had a few talks (with my grandma there), and my uncle, aunt, grandma, and I went to a national monument together. We didn't get to bond or have a connecting moment and it's eating me up inside. I want to send them a note each separately telling them one I appreciated them having me over, how much I enjoyed my time with them, how nice it was seeing their love for one another, and how much I felt welcomed and loved by them. I just don't know how to make the note personal to my aunt since we didn't get those connecting moments.
I also want to talk with them over the phone more I just don't know how to. One reason being I feel like my grandma talked bad about me to them and how I was acting and I'm afraid they see me different for who I am, and from what was said about me because this was really a first true impression. And second is I don't know how to talk to them especially around the cancer. Usually when you talk to people you ask how's life been, what've you been doing, etc. I know what they've been doing going through a rough freaking time. And I don't know if they want to talk about that. I also haven't been having much eventful things happening in my life with my health issues and living in a bad situation, I don't want to dump bad stuff going on with me to them.
What should I write to my aunt in my note since I didn't get the connection with her like I did with my uncle? And how should I go about talking with them over the phone? Do I not bring up the cancer at all or do I? And how should I let them know I enjoyed my time with them without bringing up my grandma. Thanks for reading <3.

The lead-up:
So far I'm finding the bypass mode to be the "best" for my tastes, for a number of reasons ...many will disagree with this opinion, but they don't have my ears, my musical preferences, my exact hardware setup, or my listening room.
I prefer neutral systems and like the sound of my sources enough that I don't want to alter them in any way.
I'm offering my perspective, because lots of "I like" and "best sound" verbiage has been tossed around in regard to the sound of this component, all of which is irrefutable (since it's opinion), but not something that we will all agree on and frequently pretty vague, so I'm going to make an attempt at being a bit more descriptive, it's probably not going to be a revelation for anyone, but I'll try anyway.
This post is covering use with only two tubes and it's based on just a couple of days ownership and a handful of listening sessions, I'll update the thread as my impressions become more informed/opinionated and when I have more tubes to review (they're coming).

Music sources include CD rips made with Exact Audio Copy at 16bit/44kHz in FLAC format, as well as downloaded FLAC files in 16 or 24 bit depth, 44, 48 and 96kHz. The one record I played was a 12" LP promotional maxi-single, this was definitely not made from a 2nd (or higher) generation stamper as it was distributed in very limited numbers, it also has some big bass, which is the other reason it was chosen.
Formats were electronica, rock, folk, jazz and ambient, instrumental and vocal music (both male and female vocal). No classical music was harmed in the making of this review.

The listening:

My take on the stock tube (an anonymous Soviet era 6H8C unit that looks identical to some Sovtek branded units available from retailers as NOS and billed as 6SN7GTs (though some sources claim they're GTB spec), is that it's absolutely awful fresh out of the box ...but had improved to the point where it's moderately competent after running several hours and got even a bit better running over night.
The good is that it isn't at all noisy (this preamp is quieter than many solid state units, when in buffer mode), has OK image depth and localization, doesn't gloss, soften or harmonize over the music overtly and runs very cool.
The bad may be things that a lower end systems or poor source material might not event reveal, but there *is* quite a bit to criticize, as it collapses the sound stage width by about 20% and depth by 30% (referenced to bypass/passive operation), it also has a sort of soft halo or circle of confusion that surrounds all the voices and instruments making them larger than in bypass, as well as adding a noticeable "wooliness" to them. On top of that transient attack is softened and decay is largely lost in the soft haze... for reference, this is a pretty nit-picky criticism, and the "haze" is hard to describe, since it isn't an audible noise floor ...it's kind of like; if the bypass mode has empty black space surrounding all the instruments, then the tube has a soft charcoal gray as the backdrop. It actually sounds like a slight compression effect. Last and in my opinion, most unforgiveable, is that it softens and slightly inflates bass (only emphasizing maybe 50 to 150Hz, which masks overtones and reduces perceived detail?), while suppressing true sub-bass (my speakers have useable output below 25Hz and the room reinforcement takes that even lower, so I hear this effect clearly on a lot of tracks).

The other tube is a 1940s(?) National Union 6SN7GT, with black "silvering" inside the upper portion of the envelope. It's used, but has *perfect* triode balance and gm measures at more than 100% of new spec. This tube sounded similar to the supplied tube (*after* that one had broken in!) when cold, and stopped audibly "improving" after about two hours of use. It runs somewhat hotter than the tube Schitt supplied, but still nothing like higher power output tubes.
This tube shares in small part all of the failings of the other, but only in *very* small doses, maybe 20% or less as noticeable as with the 6H8C. It also has an *ever so slight* euphonic sweetness, but it's not overt the way that many tube gain stages are. I expect that some systems might not resolve the differences between the bypass and buffer modes with this tube in place, losing both the good and bad properties in their own lower resolution and tonal coloration (effectively rendering the tube buffer transparent). The sub-bass deficit and less than black background still bother me, but are both much less objectionable than in the 6H8C. The NUs sonic signature, subtle as it is, is even useful in taming the sound of some bad recordings, since the ever so faint reduction in resolution and softer, sweeter presentation counter a portion of the harshness. Some listeners will undoubtedly feel that this makes the tube "better" than bypass.

Phono listening gave the same results as digital media, but didn't reveal the sub-bass issue (since there usually isn't any on an LP), the slight bass lift and softening was heard though.

Now some comments on the passive/bypass mode: it's seriously indistinguishable from a direct connection to the Cambridge streamer: detail, stage width/depth, image placement, tonal balance, all fully intact as well as dynamics and the amazing slam and drive that this component delivers (which it does without any compromise to the subtlety of the music). An A/B/X with matched levels might reveal *something*, but turning off, cable swapping, then powering up again between listening, leaves me with the feeling that all I did was swap remotes, not add or remove a component from the chain.

I have a theory about the sub-bass effect when in the tube buffer mode: it's that the Saga+ effectively reduces the output impedance of the Cambridge unit (despite being created to *improve* that parameter), which in turn compromises the bass drive... The streamer has a fairly beastly 46ohm output impedance, while Saga+ is 180ohms (really very respectable). It's not like my cables are reactive, or the Adcom is a tough load to drive, but I think it may be just enough to have caused the suppressed sub-bass output.

Just ended a DiD playthrough today, an incredibly strong mage in Fellglow keep hit me with a Blizzard spell and I was knocked down and killed, from just about full health to nothing... anyways, time for a write up!
This was my second playthrough of Wildlander (first one was an Atronach spellsword that died at lvl 16), and oh boy was this fun. A pure Atronach mage has been on my list of builds for ages, well before I started Wildlander. Many said it can not be done, that is false. It can be a very strong build, but not at the beginning.
Main skills at time of Death:

1. Destruction - 60 (mainly fire)
2. Heavy Armor - 55
3. Alchemy - 51 (if you want it to not be OP don't take the second lvl of the first perk until mid playthrough, it breaks the economy if taken early, much more fun like this)
4. Enchanting - 85
5. Speech - 70
6. Alteration - 25
7. Lockpicking - first perk

Dark Elf, started crossing the border near Falkreath.
The main problems with this build:

1. Obvious one: You don't regenerate Magicka, and as a pure mage that is something that is going to limit your growth in the beginning.
2. HA severely increases your Magicka costs, which can be offset by perks, enchantments, and a huge Magicka pool, but is still a problem to overcome. The benefits are great for DiD though. You can survive a lot more than a LA or Robed mage.
3. Magicka potions are 33% less effective. With Magicka potions being almost the only way you can gain Magicka until the mid game, this sucks.

Now I was able to overcome each of these problems, but they all took some time.
Solutions:

1. Carry 120,300 restore Magicka potions in your inventory. Always use them, hotkey them to the comfiest hotkey. The need for this never goes away (gets better later on though). When you're strong enough to beat shouting Draugr go to Solstheim and do Azhdal's quests. Do them as early as you can. You need the Ring of Arcana that gets you a flat 2 Magicka per second. This was such a game changer later in my build. I should have rushed this earlier. It won't make a difference in a fight, but it will save you a ton of Magicka potions by just waiting an hour in dungeons or after fights. Don't do the last portion of the quest though. Azhdal is a level 100 dragon priest, he will kill you if you go in there.
2. Run in HA as much as you can in the early game, let yourself get hit by mudcrabs, go get HA training from the Orc near Markarth (I didn't do this last one until HA was 40 though). When you are fighting low level enemies like wolves and mudcrabs take off your armor and use destruction. Always harvest the animals in the early game, Animal Fat and Garlic/Beehive husk is your friend, and will make you a good amount of gold in the early game (never felt OP though if you follow my advice). Once you are strong enough to fight bandits (have a good amount of Magicka potions and dual cast lvl 25 Destruction spell) you need to loot their items, sell the expensive stuff, and keep the light cheap stuff. With this you'll buy the cheapest soul gems and grind your Enchanting. By 35 hours into the build I had Fortify Destruction 16% on multiple pieces of armor, so fighting became a bit easier. By the end I had used elixirs to get 21% off on my Chest piece and Helmet, as well as the 15% from Azhdal's ring and the 10% from the boots (67% reduction total). This combined with a massive Magicka pool meant I was strong enough to fight enemies 30 levels higher than me.
3. Just make a ton of potions. Eventually you will run out of Mora, but don't fret. Elves ear is sold in one of the stalls in Whiterun, and in Winterhold the Dark Elf near the door to the docks sells a ton of restore Magicka potion supplies (20+ Mora, Ectoplasm, Creep Cluster, Elves Ear). Get good enchanted fortify alchemy gear as soon as you can, keep it in your inventory and put it on when you are crafting potions. By end game you'll be making potions that give you 20 magicka per second and allow you to keep casting during fights. Also quick thing, the College of Winterhold downstairs has a place to practice wards. Here you can replenish your Magicka with the 50% spell absorb, just make sure you don't do it enough to kill you. I used Transmute Blood a little bit, but ended up not liking it, felt too slow and risky.

Once this build got off its feet it was so much fun. Killed some really hard enemies (including a dragon) by level 26. Most of the difficult action started after I had 75 enchanting though. It's definitely a slow build at the beginning, but is a fun one for RP. For my backstory my Dunmer character was sent on a coming of age quest by his tribe because of dreams he's been having. He was told he had to find the Stones of Barenziah which eventually led him to Skyrim and then led him around Skyrim, doing quests at each of the places he went to. Was cool too with the journal mod.
What would I do differently though?
Play as a Breton and put my first 10 level ups into Magicka. Adding 25% spell resistance onto my endgame 39% would bring me up to a whopping 64% plus the 50% spell absorb chance. With how much magic school reduction you need on your enchanted gear having this extra MR would have probably kept my character alive right now. I also would have spent more time in different cities in the early game. Whiterun is nice and safe, but changing up your city and staying there for a few weeks makes the early game less tedious and levels you up faster. Also allows you to go back to previous places and harvest ingredients (I'm looking at you Mora).
All in all I've loved my experience playing Wildlander and have recommended it to a few friends. You guys did an amazing job bringing together the best mods Skyrim has to offer, to make the world really feel real. I sunk an ungodly amount of hours into this character over the past two weeks, and I already have an idea for a new character! And best of all, my game had a bug where Heimskr wouldn't preach in Whiterun... please don't fix it. Bliss, pure bliss.

I work A. Lot. Like 6/7 days a week, plus I’m a program director at a local non profit and I’m in the gym 5 nights a week so let’s just assume I’m never home. I tried hello fresh for a while, tried to find time to meal prep, tried to find “healthier” frozen meals but I just really struggle at dinner! A friend suggested factor meals and honestly it’s hard to get a good answer out of google so far (mostly targeted ads and paid reviews) on if they are really any good? I know I should stick away from processed foods in general but it’s gotta be better than Taco Bell right……
So give me your thoughts on them, do you use them ect!

So when a new Call of Duty game releases there is usually a single player campaign and there is multiplayer.
Some people care more for one or the other, but generally the campaign is something you play once, maybe twice on a harder difficulty and the multiplayer could be something you try for a bit or get sucked into playing for years.
So for Diablo 4 I would categorize the "campaign" as learning the game fully, not just the actual campaign part. So exploring the map, some horizontal content. Learning all the systems and how to build, customize and finalize your character.
Then the "multiplayer" side would be already having knowledge of the game and the mechanics, skip the campaign, assemble your build asap and grind the gameplay loop untill you are happy with your progress, have reached a leaderboard spot you want, finished the battlepass, the season journey or whatever goal you have set yourself. Or just log on and play because you enjoy the gameplay loop for what it is.
I never had any doubt about Diablo 4 having a good "campaign" part to it. The initial playthrough, learning the game and finishing horizontal content. And that seems to be the case with reviews scores being great and high praise for the game. But I don't know about all of you, but that part for me in Diablo 3, was a tiny part of my total playtime compared to what i refer to as the "multiplayer" side of the game.
So when there are a lot of threads going around asking for quality of life changes it's mostly coming from a mindset of wanting to enjoy the game long term, not for the intitial playthrough, "campaign" experience where you are focused on the exploration, wonder and learning the game has to offer.
All that said, this game isn't devided like Call of Duty is. And there will always be new players picking up the game. So balancing convenience and new player experience can be really hard. I expect them to delay the release of season 1 as long as they can, but there will still be a lot of people upset that they are heavily insentivised to start all over.
Just trying to add some perspective to the arguments and feedback I see here. Remember that most of all we just want to game to be good, so try to focus on that and not on flaming people wether it be for suggesting changes that make the game play for them or for wanting to have access to all features and rewards without having to make a seasonal character.

Star Ocean: Till the End of Time is a JRPG developed by tri-Ace. Released in NA in 2004, Star Ocean continued the weird fascination non-Dragon Quest JRPGs often have with space. "We're kind of sick of killing dragons" they said. "How about...I dunno...space dragons?"
We play as Fayt, son of a rather famous scientist but himself mostly a nobody. While on space holiday, war breaks out for reasons and we find ourselves engaging in an ever escalating series of mishaps that eventually reveal the true nature of the universe itself.
Gameplay is typical of more modern JRPGs. Combat will take place in an enclosed arena in semi-real time. Use regular attacks, symbology (IE: Magic) and special super attacks to defeat enemies. When not fighting we're usually running around talking to NPCs who want us to find something for them because they can't be bothered to leave the spot they're glued to.
The Good
There were a lot of things that were still relatively new concepts back when the game first came out. Being able to customize weapons with item synthesis, the arcade-style combat, not having random encounters and so on. I appreciate that games like this continued to push the genre forward in that regard.
The Bad
People who have been keeping up with my reviews will notice that's possibly the shortest 'the good' section I've ever written. This is a game where it's hard to find things to like because there's so much that is wrong with it.
There's a litany of really questionable design decisions. Being able to die from running out of mana. The item crafting system is mostly just 'google where to find orichalcum'. You can earn bonuses for good play in battles but these go away when an enemy crits you...and they will and you'll not be able to do anything about it. The map is basically useless and you're so zoomed in you are often going to have no idea where you are.
The voice acting is...not great and unfortunately there's a ton of it with no real option to speed up cutscenes. As soon as Lymle joined the party I decided that was it, I was muting the game from that point on. It was bad enough living through it once back in 2004 when I first played the game. Living through it again would have broken me.
Lastly, story isn't usually the strong point in JRPGs and this one takes the awful cake. I nearly broke my neck rolling my eyes so hard at the ending.
The Ugly
There's a lot of modern amenities that are missing here. I would have killed for the option to fast travel. However, fast travel still wasn't a very popular feature in RPGs back then and even now it can be contentious. For a game this large though, it's painful to spend 20 minutes backtracking to a chest you can now open only for it to have more freaking berries.
Final Thoughts
I don't know why I keep doing this to myself. I know that JRPGs aren't really for me anymore but I can't help but boot one up every now and then. About half way through I'll realize what I'm doing and wonder what possessed me to try this again. Yet even as I finished this, all I could think of was, "I should play Star Ocean 4 again next..." It's some kind of vile addiction I don't want to be cured of.

The developers said they removed several hours worth of potential cutscenes/dialog near the end of the game that would have done a better job of explaining everything that was going on. They said it would have felt pedantic and slow. This is a game that already has 10 hours worth of cutscenes. I can only imagine.

(NOTE: Right now please don't fly into keycard areas. We recently added helis again and some areas are possible to fly into (AI will probably shoot them down but still we want keycards to be used to access keycard areas. THE BUNKER: Right now there is currently 1 bunker on the server. You need a White Keycard to enter it & when you enter it turns to total darkness. You'll need a light or nvgs too see anything after entering. This place is worth checking out but be careful of possible chances of Zombies/AI. The bunker is really nice for finding blackmarket items and chances decent/guns/armoammo.
TRAVEL TRADER: We recently added a trader that can change locations and also change what they Buy/Sell! The Travel Trader Can Spawn At Any Keycard Locations (Based On When I Move Them) & Trades Rare Items Other Traders Might Not Sell Or Might Buy/Sell At A Discount!
TRADERS: Traders are all around the map and they only sell certain items there. Very high powered weapons cannot be bought a civ traders, they will most likely be purchasable at Blackmarket or not purchasable at all, you will need to scavenge your way around the map if you want to be the best, there are no handouts. Normal Civ Traders will have the essentials there to survive.
AI/BOSSES: AI spawn at all keycards/hideouts except Blue/Green Keycards. They have a chance to spawn anywhere else. There are 3 Bosses on the server. Killa, Zryachiy, the Goons. Killa spawns at Red/Black/Yellow Keycards. Zryachiy spawns at Prison Island. The Goons can spawn at Red/Black/White/Med Lab. The Goons are the rarest Bosses to run into right now while Killa and Zryachiy are about the same. Killa and Zryachiy can have guards.

In my early 30, work in quant finance, earn 200k base and 100-700K bonus depending on performance. I know if I grind hard I could possibly advance my career further. But I’m very burned out. And I also can’t see myself working as a quant for the rest of my career. I enjoyed being an entrepreneur and had a few small success in the past. In preparation for my (hopefully) upcoming Autism assesment, I have been reflecting on some wierd things I did as a child. The thing is, I'm not sure if these have anything to do with possible Autism, or I was just a terrible person, or if they fall into the normal realm of wierd kid things, like wolf kids/future furries at recess.

• Compulsively chewed on non-food items as a toddler.
  
• Never understood how to hold a pencil "correctly". Teachers didn't force it because I could write fine, but kids would still razz me about it sometimes.
  
• This is the one that really makes me cringe. For some reason, I had this innate need to create drama. I wasn't starved for attention at home or anything, this is totally inexplicable to me now. But I would create drama by bringing a toy to the park or mall play area, then "accidentally" drop it and wait for some unsuspecting kid to pick it up. Then I'd be like "Hey!!!!! That's mine!!!1!" and watch the scene unfold, hopefully with their mom getting mad at them. I was also a huge tattletale and overall snitch. I eventually stopped this shit and learned to satisfy my craving for excitement and drama by watching kids get in trouble without my interference, watching Mr. Enter and Nostalgia Critic rage at movies/TV shows on YouTube, and in present day observing Lolcows and watching reality TV.
  
• Discovered boyfriends from watching shows on Nickelodeon at age 6. I thought it was really cool, so I would pick random boys from my class to be my "boyfriend" even though they didn't know about it. My first kiss was me forcing myself on this poor bastard on the Kindergarten bus. I didn't understand why that was inappropriate. I stopped caring about boys at 8, then I started again at 13. The relationship lasted about 8 months. I broke up with him. After that, the novelty wore off and 5 years later I'm still totally uninterested in dating.
  
• Had a speech impediment. Don't remember what exactly it was but it got better with time.
  
• I'd laugh at really inappropriate times. Sometimes at nothing in particular, sometimes at something like a bad illustration in a book or, in one instance, a child abuse PSA because I thought the acting was bad. The counselor was really concerned about that and I didn't really get why. I also had a hard time understanding when the joke wasn't funny anymore (if at all) and I was just being annoying. I still struggle with that.
  
• I didn't understand personal space. I'd get on people's nerves so much by hugging them all the time and just being really touchy. I still get like that with certain people. IBut mostly I'm very picky about needing my own little bubble now. I get upset when people are too close to me.
  
• The piñata incident. For my birthday one year, I got a pony piñata. Unfortunately, I didn't realize what you were actually supposed to DO with piñatas. So when the time came for one of my friends to hit the piñata, I screamed "NO!!!!" and started crying. I cried so hard over that fucking thing and everyone was so confused that I didn't understand that's what was supposed to happen.
  
• Motor issues/coordination weren't/aren't great. I could only do really basic stuff in gymnastics, anything with peripheral vision in soccer was hard and I was mostly just good at punting the ball. I dreaded stuff like tennis in gym class.
  
• Started getting intense interests around 7. I'd even want to be doing stuff on the internet when my friends were over sometimes (I watching pirated anime and tracing by holding printer paper over the computer screen) which really annoyed my parents. I also started watching cartoons reviews and was so into that. I'd constantly parrot stuff the reviewers said in my real life, too. I still do that but now it's like stuff from movies or books.
  
• Began writing extremely edgy, dark stories for school in the 6th grade. Like... drugs, suicide, abuse... I got the counselor called on me, actually. I didn't understand why that was maybe not appropriate subject matter to be sharing with the class until someone told me.
  
• Puberty in general broke my already tenuous social understanding. The changes going on were totally out of my depth, which somehow led to me oversharing with everyone to such an embarrassing degree. The body changes were so bad to deal with. I got really bad at hygiene for a while too. I sort of quit understanding the need for brushing my teeth and showering and changing my clothes and wearing deodorant. Looking back, it was so gross. But I really just didn't get it, plus looking at my naked body was really stressful because of puberty.

Are You Alright? - May 2021
Tomorrow - For a cut intro song, it goes fucking hard. It perfectly incapsulates early Lovejoy in just a small snippet with all of the bass and brass.
Taunt - The trumpets go hard and the song itself is a really good opening track for AYA, but it's a bit repetitive and near the end Will gets a bit unintelligible.
One Day - For the so called "weakest song of the EP", it's easily a classic. A bit repetitive but the heavy drums and brass make up for it. Fun lyrics, great MV.
Sex Sells - Easily my favourite AYA song. The trumpets and keyboard are almost perfect, the chorus is the only repetitive part yet it still makes me sing every time. A MV would have been nice tho.
Cause for Concern - I feel like they flew a little too close to the sun on this one. It's the most repetitive song they've made and while the instrumental is pretty okay, I feel that it could've been so much more.

Oh Yeah, You Gonna Cry? - It's a shame that they don't play this live anymore. It's a great opening track (although imo YUWYO would be better) yet it is still the least Lovejoy of them all. Wakes me up every day, quite a banger.
Model Buses - I remember really hating this one and upon relisten, I don't see why. The vocals are a bit weak but the instrumental is amazing. I love the lyrics and that MV is golden.
Concrete - Gold. Drums are perfect, tons of brass, amazing lyrics, it's no wonder why it's a fan favourite. I don't think I have a single problem with this song.
Perfume - Way overrated yet still not terrible. It's a nice melody and theme but I don't seem to like it nearly as much as the other Lovejoyers.
You'll Understand When You're Older - The first Lovejoy song I've ever heard and it's a damn good one too. Probably the most brass in a Lovejoy song and it would've been a great opener yet a music video would've made it more memorable.
The Fall - I know I'm controversial but this one's nothing too special. It just seems like foreshadowing for Wake Up and It's Over. The call and response is a bit cringy and I can't even hear the ending. It's fine.
It's All Futile! It's All Pointless! - I like the original a lot better. The new key is a bit weird and the best is a bit unattractive. The lyrics however, probably make up for most of the problems as hey are probably some of the best they've written.

Knee Deep at ATP - Really good. I love Los Campesinos and this just perfectly incapsulates their song still holding the Lovejoy style.
Coronado - It's alright. I, like many others, would have very much liked to see that 2nd verse and I'm sure the studio version sounded a lot better but for now it's just a sad scrapped song. I do hope they repurpose it tho.
Main Character Syndrome - God i'm so mad they scrapped this one. Warsaw just doesn't have the same energy. I would've liked to see the other verses yet it's still a great song.

" - The most contrasted quality song I've ever heard. The verses are okay but the chorus is trash. Crywank is a good band but this song is their weak point. I did like their new sound on this cover tho.

The Perfect Pair - Despite all of the hate it got, I really like this one. The new one that is. The old one was so close to perfection. Will's deeper voice was perfect for a song that had that kind of vocals and the acoustics are perfect.
CMWYL Acoustic - It's fine i guess. I like the drums in the background of the acoustics but they butchered the bridge.
Wake Up & It's Over - 2023
Portrait of a Blank Slate - I used to think that this was their magnum opus, and I almost still do. It's just so fucking close to perfection. I had no idea what I was expecting but it wasn't this. My only problem is that the chorus' guitars could have been heavier, which is really a problem with the EP as a whole.
Call Me What You Like - The thrill of a new Lovejoy song really hyped this one up for me and I love it a lot. That bridge is just perfect.
Consequences - Still one of my favourites but some of the production choices are poor and it fell off a bit. I still love the riff tho.
Warsaw - It's okay. The call and response was good and the ending is fun but there's not much else to say.
Scum - Exactly what the title is. Repetitive, unattractive, scum. I hate this song.
It's Golden Hour Somewhere - I love this song so fucking much. The new lyrics made it the best song of the EP. There's nothing about this song that I don't like. My only problem about it is how they handled the release. They released a Tiktok and an image of yet CD to confirm that it would be on the EP. What they should've done was release it as a single the day after WU&IO to trick the listeners.

I live in Hayward Area and I normally go to big 5 or local gun shops and always buy the 100round boxes of 9mm for 40-50$ when it goes on sale basically I never buy ammo unless it’s on sale and normally big 5 does sales I’ve never seen a gun shop near me so sales. I want at least gen 1-3 Pokémon in either kanto or with johto, or all 3 regions and maybe more. I played emerald when I was younger and was very interested in the post game battle island thing, how you competed for points for things, kinda forget how it worked. I want something like that where I can catch and train any all the Pokémon I like and fight in big tournaments for things, hopefully cool things that mean something
Hack friendly in that I can search up whatever shiny Pokémon or makes it easy to find the Pokémon you're looking for. With trade evolution workarounds and all Pokémon have areas
Hopefully without natures or IVs, I'm old school and don't fully understand some of these new things and seem like such a trivial grind, I always liked just catching them and training them. You gotta beat certain Pokémon certain ways, I don't really get it. Maybe someone can explain this so it's not a problem. But just seems like it's so involved
I honestly want kanto because gen 1 is my favorite and there's at least a couple dozen I want from there. I like some later Pokémon like gardevoir of course and the starters and some others. I really want a kanto/johto mix and to fight red at the end/ near the end and a bunch of other trainers like other rival/s, maybe oak, gym leaders, E4 hard mode. Would be great if it was an emerald hack that included the first two regions. Challenging too, I want to train many Pokémon and switch out for strategy

I know that this site isn't exactly unknown, it is actually probably the most popular and talked about currently, but, I want to take a different route in this post. I want to review WHY Freecash is the BEST earning site, not just review the website itself.
