Its a cultivation manga or manhwa about a female lead who comes back to life for revenge(I know it sounds like the same old story but it had a charm to it🥲). When she its going through a transition the male lead helps her by turning into a white tiger. She turned it a snake which was strange for here clan since they only turn into black snakes but she was a white one. ( colors might have been the other way around) Also her dad, a general, happens to be enemies with the male lead.

Traders use round numbers as a heuristic to simplify the complex task of buying and selling. To quote a bit from this recent paper, "Data provides evidence of the use of cognitive shortcuts in the futures market, such that traders submit a disproportionate number of limit orders at round-number prices. Psychological biases are also magnified when there is more uncertainty (Zhang, 2006; Hirshleifer, 2001)."
Pulling up Level 2 data in your favorite stock will also show a disproportionate number of limit orders priced at round or integer prices, and each with round or integer order size. To see if there's a profitable strategy here, I've been working on an open-source general algorithm to solve Diophantine equations. The latency is also low enough to provide solutions in real-time and I would love to hear your suggestions to take this further.

Intuition

Diophantine equations (specifically linear ones) take n variables x_1, x_2, ... x_n and equate some linear combination of them to an integer, i.e. a_1x_1 + a_2x_2 ... a_(x-1)n_(x-1) = C.
The solution set can be parameterized using n-1 perpendicular planes that intersect at an integer coordinate for integer values of x_i. Every system of linear Diophantine equations can then be solved by computing the Smith normal form of its matrix.
One idea is to take the integers or round numbers near the current price C and find how divisible they are by a combination of potential buy and sell order sizes (call them b and s.) Then a_1b + a_2s = C, and the more divisible they are, the greater number of round order sizes can transact near that price. Add other variables to quantify exposure through derivatives of the security with a scalar c_i applied to a_i.
Another idea is to take a stock's current price (P), bid price (B), and ask price (A) and find how "round" their relationship is. This is encoded in the equation a_1P + a_2B + a_3A = C, where n, m, and k are the quantities of the stock traded at the current, bid, and ask prices, respectively, while C is a round constant.
Alternatively, I can use a diophantine study of historical market data to create a realistic statistical distribution that increases the number of elements near round values.
Thoughts on all this? I'd like to hear it!

Hey everyone! I was able to go sample some fragrances today and I thought I'd leave a review of the four I tried (I smelled way more but only tried these four on skin. I'll be revisiting some of the others another time).
NEST WISTERIA BLUE
I was so excited about this one. It smells fresh and aquatic to me. I know some don't like this as a descriptor but there was something about it that reminded me of soap my grandmother used, which is stereotypical grandma soap. I think it's the jasmine. It was just slightly too much for me at the beginning. The dry down was better but there's something about it that I just don't love. I'd wear it if I received it as a gift or something (on a rainy spring day) but I don't think I'll be purchasing this one for myself. I don't love incredibly strong fragrances and in that sense, this one was perfect. I didn't have rub my nose in it to smell it but I don't think anyone would smell it unless they were arms length away or so. I didn't time exactly how long it stayed on but I'd say I probably got at least four hours of decent scent out of it. I can faintly smell it still about 8-9 hours later.
NEST GOLDEN NECTAR
I wasn't sure I'd like this one from other descriptions I'd heard but once I sprayed it on the test strip, I had to try it on me. And if I had been able to smell it on me for longer, I might have bought it. Unfortunately it seemed to just disappear on my skin. It smelled like a wonderfully grown up vanilla like fragrance to me. At one point I was getting a bit of slight spice? It was so nice and warm but not suffocating. And then it was gone. 😭
7 VIRTUES COCONUT SUN
I was most excited about this one. I have been wanting to try this fragrance since it came out. I nearly blind bought a travel size. It starts off very citrusy to me. And the citrus just seems to linger for way too long. It's sharp and just distracting from the rest of the fragrance. It does eventually dissipate and I really do like the dry down. It reminds me of a lighter version of Sunkissed Hibiscus, which I like. I think I prefer the lighter dry down of this one. But because of the citrus opening and the fact that I already have a small SH, I passed on this one too.
Now for the winner of this trip...
KAYALI YUM PISTACHIO GELATO
I have heard/read SO MANY conflicting reviews on this one that I honestly didn't know what to expect. I did get the citrus opening but it was lighter and much shorter than Coconut Sun. And then it just settles into this fresh, gourmand scent. I do get where some people would be disappointed based on the name. I definitely get more marshmallow/whipped cream/cotton candy than anything else. That's not to say I don't get the rest at all because I definitely do and I think that's what gives it the gourmand feeling. But instead of smelling creamy or heavier, I get pistachio/rum/hazelnut flavored cotton candy. All those gourmand scents but whispy and light. And honestly I feel like this is exactly what I like in a fragrance. It's got the sweet and gourmand but I don't feel like I'm drowning in it. I did end up buying this one and I'm so glad because I was sniffing the spot I sprayed ALL DAY.

For me, this family is genuinely the best family I have ever met, and I don’t have a single bad thing to say about them. I really admire the way they raise their children and live their life so I’ve ended up copying so many of the things they do 😅 For example: - I no longer buy paper towels (or really any single use things now), but reusable cloths and reusable zip loc bags - I had no idea butter bells existed until them but I have one now too - I’m soooo much cleaner in my own home now (they have a cleaning lady 3 days a week and it’s taught me so much about proper cleaning) - I compost my food scraps now - I started gardening (using my compost soil ;) ) - I’m so much more conscious of my waste and recycling habits now - They have amazing taste in books, to the point where I have pictures of all their bookshelves to use as inspo for what to read next - They definitely got me hooked on tillanook cheese and local organic eggs (had no idea there would be such a taste difference) - And so much more I can’t think of right now
Overall they’re just such a kind, wonderful family and despite both the parents having crazy hours and stressful jobs, they’re still so present with all their kids. Their dad is one of the only men I know who is so in love with his kids and wife, so competent in caring for his kids, and their dynamic is so balanced and equal. It’s just nice to know this actually exists lol

For context, I am the youngest of five children. I have a 33 yr old sister, 32 year old sister, and a 29 year old sister, and a twin brother. I am currently 22. All of my life, my second oldest sister (T) has always been a bully. Growing up she would hit me or say the most outlandish things to me and when I would respond or lash out she would lie and say she did nothing wrong and that I’m overreacting. Her and all of my other siblings including my mom would then group together and talk about me and try to tell me why I’m wrong rather than correcting her behavior especially since she’s so much older than me. Now examples of times where in recent years she has behaved totally unacceptable would be when I was I was in high school and I was being bullied and harassed very badly by a group of girls who were spreading rumors about me around school calling me a hoe. As if that wasn’t traumatic enough my sister felt the need to call me all sorts of hoes and sluts at home and consistently sexualize me and say things that suggested I was overly sexually active which isn’t true. I never commented on it or retaliated because I was so depressed with everything going on at school and it honestly made me feel worse knowing my own sister felt that way about me. I wasn’t even having sex I was literally a virgin and I was just so tired of everyone’s assumptions and constant verbal attacks. Not to mention, she body shames me. One time I was trying on this dress and she looks at me and says you should wear shape wear and I’m like no thanks I just want to be comfortable so she persist I need to wear to shape wear and I remain polite and say I’m not interested. She then snaps at me and goes well you look sloppy and you need to put it on to look presentable because nobody wants to see you looking sloppy. So at this point I lose my shit because I’m so tired of her constant nagging. She then goes on and lies to my other sister who knew of nothing that happened and said “she just cussed me out and all I suggested was shape-wear” she never tells the full truth. Not to mention, this past summer after my nieces birthday party, her and the rest of our younger cousins were playing the video game and my niece got upset and was kinda of throwing a fit and my sister took it upon herself to literally snatch my niece by her arm and scream in her face. So I intervened and yelled at my sister because her behavior was unacceptable she could’ve seriously harmed that child with the force she used not to mention that isn’t her daughter it’s my others sister daughter. She then lied to everyone and said she didn’t yank her up and scream in her face and that I was overacting. Fast forward this past Tuesday I came home from work and my sister was over the house. I greeted her and sat down to eat my dinner. So as I’m eating, my sister looks at me and screams “can you stop eating your food so loudly your getting on my nerves and I’m sick of it” so I ask her to please leave me alone because I hadn’t done anything to her. She then started to berate me and scream in my face that she could say whatever she wanted so I get up to leave and as I’m leaving the room she starts screaming at me that I’m crazy and unhinged and needs therapy mind you she started with me first. So I told her it was funny that she’s always judging me for struggling with anxiety and depression yet she takes mood stabilizing medication with no forms of therapy and that pills aren’t going to help her. So at this point I’m extremely emotional because this type of behavior has been occurring my whole life and I just snapped and told everyone about themselves. I brought up all the times she had called me hoes and all the times she put me down and how it’s not okay and she immediately went into victim mode and lied and said she never said that. Then my mom takes her side and says I’m lying on her which just ticked me off. My mother is also an asshole. She never did anything to protect me as a child. She never stopped my sister from bullying me and she’s always invalidated my feelings. My mom even went as far as to tell me the things I’ve been through weren’t trauma when I was released from the hospital for attempted suicide two years ago then whenever I bring up how her saying that hurt me she would say “I never said that, you can’t think properly because your mentally ill and your thoughts are mixed up” they treat me like I’m stupid or slow and can’t understand what’s being done to me. They’re gaslighting me. My mom even went as far as to befriend one of my high school bullies and when I confronted her about it her only response was “I need to leave” while fake crying. She never explained why she needed to befriend someone who harassed me. Also I’m the only child out of all of her kids that has stepped up to the plate to help her. I buy groceries pay bills buy household items things none of her other kids did when living at home and it’s never enough for her. She complains about the kind of groceries I buy or constantly hounds me for money when I’m only working a part time job right now because I just graduated from college. She didn’t even come to the ceremony or say I’m proud of you. She completely drains me of my money I can’t even save for law school like I need too. Not to mention, my mother never protected me from my brother who was molesting me when we were children she knew because I told her but always let me take the fall and get yelled at by older sisters for being mean to my brother as a child but I was frustrated that I was being violated and no one would help. After so much abuse and mistreatment from them I’m starting to hate them which is sad. I came to the conclusion that no amount of talking with them will help because they see no behavior with their actions it’s always me against everyone. I want to leave but I’m not financially stable right now I’m just over them and I’ve wiped my hands clean.

My doctor put me on birth control pills that almost gave me a stroke because she didn't think to screen me for contraindications with aura migraines. Plus I felt nauseated, bloated, confused, and full of random attacks of despair prior to the potential stroke symptoms.
When I read about the experiences other women have had with IUDs it really doesn't sound much better. A PAP smear was excruciating for me. I don't trust that an IUD won’t be even worse. Plus I have a masculine build and I have to be extremely careful about my weight because I have a nonexistent waist and my body refuses to store fat anywhere but on my belly. All of my friends who went on birth control also gained a lot of weight and look sickly now.
I'm moving in with my partner soon and at times I'm overcome with anxiety at the thought of having to try birth control again. I can just see myself ruining my relationship or becoming suicidal or fucking up my new job because of health complications. My family has a consistent history of debilitating mental illness. It just doesn't seem worth the risk.
My friend has successfully been doing FAM + pullout + condoms for five years (minus the three month period where she also tried BC pills, and consequently triggered interstitial cystitis which still causes her constant pain and prevents her from eating most foods.)
Attempting to even explore birth control sounds like inviting a shit-show into what is already a tricky transitional period of my life. An abortion sounds less traumatizing than dealing with this. Some people still get pregnant even when they're on the other methods anyway! My partner and I have not yet done any penetrative sex. He has phimosis so I’m hoping he might prefer condoms anyway since it’s very painful for him to have his foreskin pulled back all the way. Still, some gentle motion on the foreskin seems to help him so I’m not sure if the condom will ruin it or help. He might be in pain either way, but I'm worried he's going to feel frustrated if we don't at least try without them.

I've noticed that despite having relatively simple rules, Azul is a game that I somewhat struggle to teach.
I think I find it difficult to explain because of the gameplay loop (drafting tiles, placing tiles in the pattern lines, placing them on the mosaic, tiling the wall, scoring). Everything is so tightly connected to the steps before and after that you really need to understand it all for the game to make sense. I guess I would contrast it with Dominion. In Dominion, a new player won't grasp all the action cards or strategies, but they can at least do something like, "Oh, I'll buy a smithy and it'll give me more cards in the future. That seems good!". Even if sub-optimal, they can make a plan, execute it and see benefits. In Azul, if you don't understand a step, the whole thing stops making sense, so I feel bad.
Here's what I try to do (and what people think):
To begin, I'll lay out some piles with tiles as visual aids and explain that we are trying to make beautiful mosaics for the king. Then I have to choose how to present the gameplay loops. I'm brushing over gameplay details here, because I'm just giving the general gist of the problem I tend to have.
If I Go Up the Chain

• Before building our mosaics, we need to get tiles from the factories (with you so far)
• On your turn, you can choose any one pile and one type of tile and take all tiles of that type from that pile. So, you could take these 3 black tiles, or these two yellow tiles (Wait, but what tiles do you want?)
• You then add them to a row next to your wall (Where should you put them?)
• When all the center tiles are gone, you take the complete rows and transfer tiles over to your wall. (Ok, but why?)
• Explain the scoring rules (Oh, that's how this works. What were all the details again?)

If I Go Down the Chain

• This game is played in rounds and at the end of each round, you'll score points (with you so far)
• So, in each round you'll place tiles on your wall and you get points based on how it interacts with other tiles already on your wall (I guess. Where did those other tiles come from? Where did the new tiles come from?)
• To place a tile, you need to have a full row of that tile type in the row next to the mosaic (Ok, but where did the tiles come from? Why are some rows not full? Why are they different lengths?)
• Here's how you actually get the tiles from the factories (Oh, I see. Wait, what were all the steps again?)

What to do? I notice most guides say to start with how to score points / the objective, but in Azul that just seems particularly confusing as a starting place. It's either dive into the minutia of "If you place this tile next to these tiles, you get this many points", while everyone wonders where the hell these tiles came from, or gloss over everything with, "You'll get points based on how tiles end up in your mosaic", which leaves everyone wondering what affects the points and how the tiles end up in the mosaic.
I've mostly followed the "If I Go Up the Chain" path when explaining. While people don't tend to have the motivation for why to do certain things, they at least mostly understand the actual mechanics once I get to the end. Writing this all out, I'm thinking that maybe the best way is to go down the chain, then back up. Start by saying something like, "I find that before you make a decision in Azul, it helps to understand the consequences of those decisions. Because of that, I like to begin by explaining the end of the game first and then work backwards to the start of the game. That way, you can see what the after-effects of a decision might be. Because I'll be working backwards, it might be unclear how we get to each step as I'm covering it, but don't worry, we will cover it. Also, once I've covered everything backwards, I'll make sure to run through it again from beginning to end, so that you can see how the game plays out. But if anything is unclear or confusing, please ask questions and I'll make sure to address them"
I suppose that might help with expectation setting, so that people can focus on the incomplete information I give at each step, then I can help synthesize it all at the end.
I don't know, anybody have thoughts? Azul is often a great gateway game, so when I teach it I don't want anyone to struggle through without getting it, then feel like they didn't really have a chance to play well because they didn't understand the details.

Idk what the hell is wrong with my mom. I was planning to do my hair a certain way and she ends up doing the exact same thing that I wanted. Like down to the fucking colors and length.
She’s so self absorbed, she knows what she did was wrong. I confronted her about it and this is one of the many instances where she buys the same clothes/shoes as I have. She even wanted to wear the same color dress I got literally right after I picked it up.
And she also always uses me as her personal therapist she’s told me a lot of traumatic things about herself that were hard to hear and l can never do anything about it. But when I tell her how I’m treated at school she tries to change up the subject quickly. And when I told her I couldn’t physically eat anymore, my mom refused to take me to a specialist, once the ped said I seemed healthy, she didn’t do anything else to figure it out. Till this day I can barely eat three meals a day. I think I started to develop an eating disorder called ARFID. Where you have safe foods that only you can eat.
It’s funny cus she’s not even the toxic one my dad is, she’s the enabler. Sometimes I hate her even more

So I was on low dose T for about four months (stopped two weeks ago), and have noticed pretty bad hair loss. Mostly over the past few weeks to a month, it’s just been falling out like crazy every time I run my hands through it. This seems fast and extreme, and I’m wondering what hope there is of it regrowing? Has anyone else experienced this? I’m also stressed and my diet sucks because I’m a student, so I wouldn’t be surprised if it was ‘easier’ to push my follicles into their resting phase, but does anyone know if this is enough time for the follicles to actually miniaturise permanently? (Posting here because I’m really not sure if I want to transition now, plus seemed like a place where others might have had similar experiences?)

I want to buy attar or ittar for personal use. There are lot of options online but buying ittar for the first time via online doesn't make any sense. Can you all suggest a good place where I can buy it in Pune.
