The management at my Spanish owned clothing store is so bad that everyone usually begins to quit when sale comes around. They are inconsistent with policies and LOVE to gaslight employees. I have been a floor supervisor for a year and i am in between the management and employees all the time. The management is extremely shady. I have seem so really questionable things and heard very inappropriate things from management. I want to rage quit so bad. I am tired of trying to seek help from HR but they are useless and unhelpful. I know other employees feel the same way but I’m not sure what to do. Usually if you try to call out the management or speak up you become a target for them to try to fire you “within the policies” of the company thought they ignore policies half of the time

Inspection Advice
So, got a recent home inspection and it came back with a few things I am uncertian if are common. The house is 3 years old and in a nice development. Any input yall may have is much appreciated. Really just trying to see if these are fairly common or big red flaags.
- The air conditioner was functional but did not produce cold air or proper split differential reading of 16°-22° Recommend licensed HVAC contractor evaluate.
- Service door sealed shut -- this one has a pic of the access panel and it looks to have some putty that has "sealed" it.
- Due to age there is no vacuum breaker at the unit. (water heater)
Other than those, there are some minor cracks in the stone/stucko outside but nothing out of the norm for SA Texas. 1 crack in the drywall inside, which is also not out of the norm for us, but I would take any opinions.

So, really consider this before saying something like, "Colt hates us.", because it's not the same people running Colt any longer. As we know, CZ already has CZ USA, so they're not unfamiliar with the American market. Add to that, anybody who has paid any attention whatsoever to H&PSA/retro market in general can see that they're making bank. Every time H&R drops grey anodized anything with an A1 profile, it's like opening the flood gates on Black Friday.. IntlMilCo requires signing up for his in-stock notifications JUST to have even a slim chance at one.
So, what do you guys think is the reason that the new owners of Colt wouldn't say to themselves, "Hmm, I would like a piece of that pie! Seeing how I/we now own the Colt logo? I could even compete with H&R, seeing as mine would be far more desirable for most 'builds'.". And that's just for lowers. If they decided to do essentially a Brownell's retro style run? Good gravy... It'd be a gold mine for them, wouldn't it? Even if they were to pair with H&R, rather than compete, they would still make a fortune..I know I've read about some issues involving who owns the raw forgings or something like that.
I'm just rambling, really. I know it's a pipe dream. But, it's odd to me that a company, whose main goal is going to be to MAKE MONEY, wouldn't want to pursue the very thing that they might be most known for (the AR-15 as a whole), while other companies skirt around the laws due to copyright and make essentially what was your early product offerings, just bearing a different logo, when you could swoop in and bring these to the civilian market yourself, and make a shit ton of that money. Not to mention, Colt could even advertise it with a 'true' mil-spec... Not that it actually means much of anything, but with a goal of more sales in mind..? It sounds good. I'll end it there and let you guys tell me.

The presentation was not peer-reviewed and it was highly biased in favor of the presenter's commercial interest. Therefore, statements about murcidencel's mechanism of action will not have the credibility needed to truly become part of the medical literature, and prescription of murcidencel will not become routine clinical practice in even a single tumor type, much less multiple tumor types, much less other disease states, unless and until the data have been peer-reviewed and vetted by others and perhaps replicated by other scientists. We make ourselves look bad when we get all excited about a grand slam home run to win the pennant when we haven't even succeeded in getting on base in the first inning of the series. FIRST THINGS FIRST. Speaking for myself, I might begin to get a bit more excited after DCVax-L has won approval for a single indication (nd or rGBM) by MHRA, and a little more excited after it has received an indication from the FDA, or EMA, or Health Canada.
