After running my agency for 4 years, delivering over $100M worth of value to my clients, and generating 8 figures in total revenue, I’ve realized that any agency can be a massive business with the right mechanisms in place. When I began building my agency in 2018, it was a good business for me and my partner. It put food on the table, and we were able to help to grow other businesses that we were passionate about. We didn’t realize at the time that the only thing keeping us at the mid-6-figure per year mark was our own mental blockages. Just about any agency can be an 8-figure a year endeavor, especially if you do it the way that we’ve done it. Most agency owners in the $10-30k per month range operate within a freelancer mindset. You struggle with hiring, you struggle with building processes, and you struggle with scaling. You do not have a demand problem. For every agency, there are at least 500 potential clients with a problem that your agency can solve, and they’re willing to pay good money for you to do so. With the right offer, 100-200 clients will be enough for you to have an 8-figure a year company that will sell for a multiple that could be in the range of 6-12X. This course consists of 10 modules with text and video, plus 3 bonus modules that outline everything you need to know about:
At the $10-30k a month level with an agency, you’re currently working harder than you will be at $100k a month. The good news is, you’re only a few months away from hitting that target profitably if you do exactly what I outline in this course. After thousands of mistakes in the building process, I know exactly what I’d do if I had to start from zero. If you’re just starting, you have the opportunity to build everything right and avoid 90% of the mistakes that we made in the early days. Instead of taking 4 years to scale to ~8 figures like my team and I did, you could potentially do it in half the time. Before you buy, you need to understand this. This course will work for any agency in the digital space, but it is not for beginners. This is not to show you how to land your first client and find your niche. This will only work if you have at least 2-4 clients and you already understand your offer. My strategies for client acquisition, client retention, offer structure, team building, and systems will only work if you already have the foundations in place. If you’re above $60k a year but below $1M a year, this will work for you. Inside, I also share information about my agency that I’ve never shared before. I do a deep dive into everything that’s allowed us to scale from high-6-figures in 2019 to high-7-figures in 2021. Everything from the way you need to think about things, to the way you need to execute things. I leave nothing out of this. If you’re ready to scale your agency from $10-30k a month up to 6 figures a month, click below to get access to everything you’ll ever need today. |

I've gotten a 506 and 508 on FL1 and FL2 respectively since first attaining that 511. As you can see, I keep scoring the lowest on what I consider to be the easiest part of the exam and I'm starting to realize that fatigue is probably playing a part in this. By the time I was halfway through the psych/soc section, I almost couldn't read anymore. Yes, I close my eyes and take deep breaths and all. I think maybe I should've had some water in between sections 3 and 4, but I didn't, and damn, did I feel mentally exhausted. I've finished the entire UWorld Behavioral Science section with 73rd percentile, higher than my percentile rankings for all other sections. I am most confident in my content knowledge of Psych/Soc. After spending the entire day on my ass sitting in front of this computer doing FL2, I am once again feeling quite dissatisfied and disappointed. I take the MCAT on 7/15/2023. I cannot wait to get this all over with, but the thing is, I do need to score over 510 on FL3 and FL4 before the day comes. |

2023.06.11 00:19 j_ram2803 [Breeds] Small recommendation for a Latin American university student!
**Introduction** 1) Will this be your first dog? If not, what experience do you have owning/training dogs? * This is not my first dog. I've had one before for 9 years. It was a female Boston Terrier. 2) Do you have a preference for rescuing a dog vs. going through a [reputable breeder]( http://ownresponsibly.blogspot.com/2011/07/identifying-reputable-breeder.html)? * Wouldn't mind any of the two but it's not my concern currently, just want to know what breeds fit my situation the best 3) Describe your ideal dog. * As I currently live in an apartment I would like a dog that isn't very big. Also, maybe one that doesn't have lots of energy as the apartment is big but obviously not as much as a house with a yard etc etc (so maybe not a labrador or a golden retrieved). In the past, we've had better experiences with female dogs. A dog which has short hair would be great as we don't want to brush and vacuum everyday. Also a smart dogs is a big extra 4) What breeds or types of dogs are you interested in and why? * Discussing with my family a pitbull has come into the option pool but we're not set on it, any recommendations are okay! 5) What sorts of things would you like to train your dog to do? * Nothing especial. Learning how to sit, stop, stop barking and normal house stuff, nothing about acrobatics or special movements lol 6) Do you want to compete with your dog in a sport (e.g. agility, obedience, rally) or use your dog for a form of work (e.g. hunting, herding, livestock guarding)? If so, how much experience do you have with this work/sport? * No **Care Commitments** 7) How long do you want to devote to training, playing with, or otherwise interacting with your dog each day? * Currently I live with my family so each of us can devote time for it. I don't have an specific number but throughout the day there will be someone looking after it be it me or someone else. 8) How long can you exercise your dog each day, on average? What sorts of exercise are you planning to give your dog regularly and does that include using a dog park? * We have a dog park just across street so there's that. I'm thinking taking it out at least 2 times a day and also any play we can do at the apartment too 9) How much regular brushing are you willing to do? Are you open to trimming hair, cleaning ears, or doing other grooming at home? If not, would you be willing to pay a professional to do it regularly? * Yes, we've done all that before **Personal Preferences** 10) What size dog are you looking for? * Small to medium 11) How much shedding, barking, and slobber can you handle? * 0 barking, we want a dog that is quiet. It doesn't mean that it can't be energetic but barking is a deal breaker. Shredding and barking is okay in minimal amounts 12) How important is being able to let your dog off-leash in an unfenced area? * It's not a priority. We don't mind walking the dog with a leash but if it's able the run around a place like that and be okay then great! **Dog Personality and Behavior** 13) Do you want a snuggly dog or one that prefers some personal space? * Snuggly prefered 14) Would you prefer a dog that wants to do its own thing or one that’s more eager-to-please? * maybe a middle ground? But eager to please is great 15) How would you prefer your dog to respond to someone knocking on the door or entering your yard? How would you prefer your dog to greet strangers or visitors? * Energetically and cute. We don't want barking or an aggressive dog 16) Are you willing to manage a dog that is aggressive to other dogs? * No 17) Are there any other behaviors you can’t deal with or want to avoid? * Nothing else that I haven't mentioned **Lifestyle** 18) How often and how long will the dog be left alone? * There would be certain moments throughout the day that it will be left alone (as everyone is doing something outside) but that maybe would be like 4 hours max and could happen between M to F. Saying that at any given day the dog would be left alone for more than 6 hours is an exaggeration 19) What are the dog-related preferences of other people in the house and what will be their involvement in caring for the dog? * Everything I've said applies to everyone. 20) Do you have other pets or are you planning on having other pets? What breed or type of animal are they? * No, only the dog 21) Will the dog be interacting with children regularly? * No 22) Do you rent or plan to rent in the future? If applicable, what breed or weight restrictions are on your current lease? * No 23) What city or country do you live in and are you aware of any laws banning certain breeds? * Medellin, Colombia. We don't have any laws on it that I know 24) What is the average temperature of a typical summer and winter day where you live? * Well as it's in Latin America we have very hot years. It can get as hot as 30°C and as cold as 20°C **Additional Information and Questions** 25) Please provide any additional information you feel may be relevant. * No additional information. 26) Feel free to ask any questions below.

2023.06.11 00:16 ApocalypseYay Goldman Sachs Predicts 300 Million Jobs Will Be Lost Or Degraded By Artificial Intelligence
![]() | If generative AI lives up to its hype, the workforce in the United States and Europe will be upended, Goldman Sachs reported this week in a sobering and alarming report about AI's ascendance. The investment bank estimates 300 million jobs could be lost or diminished by this fast-growing technology. submitted by ApocalypseYay to DarkFuturology [link] [comments] Goldman contends automation creates innovation, which leads to new types of jobs. For companies, there will be cost savings thanks to AI. They can deploy their resources toward building and growing businesses, ultimately increasing annual global GDP by 7%. In recent months, the world has witnessed the ascendency of OpenAI software ChatGPT and DALL-E. ChatGPT surpassed one million users in its first five days of launching, the fastest that any company has ever reached this benchmark. Will AI impact Your Job? Goldman predicts that the growth in AI will mirror the trajectory of past computer and tech products. Just as the world went from giant mainframe computers to modern-day technology, there will be a similar fast-paced growth of AI reshaping the world. AI can pass the attorney bar exam, score brilliantly on the SATs and produce unique artwork. While the startup ecosystem has stalled due to adverse economic changes, investments in global AI projects have boomed. From 2021 to now, investments in AI totaled nearly $94 billion, according to Stanford’s AI Index Report. If AI continues this growth trajectory, it could add 1% to the U.S. GDP by 2030. Office administrative support, legal, architecture and engineering, business and financial operations, management, sales, healthcare and art and design are some sectors that will be impacted by automation. The combination of significant labor cost savings, new job creation, and a productivity boost for non-displaced workers raises the possibility of a labor productivity boom, like those that followed the emergence of earlier general-purpose technologies like the electric motor and personal computer. The Downside Of AI According to an academic research study, automation technology has been the primary driver of U.S. income inequality over the past 40 years. The report, published by the National Bureau of Economic Research, claims that 50% to 70% of changes in U.S. wages since 1980 can be attributed to wage declines among blue-collar workers replaced or degraded by automation. Artificial intelligence, robotics and new sophisticated technologies have caused a vast chasm in wealth and income inequality. It looks like this issue will accelerate. For now, college-educated, white-collar professionals have largely been spared the same fate as non-college-educated workers. People with a postgraduate degree saw their salaries rise, while “low-education workers declined significantly.” The study states, “The real earnings of men without a high-school degree are now 15% lower than they were in 1980.” According to NBER, many changes in the U.S. wage structure were caused by companies automating tasks that used to be done by people. This includes “numerically-controlled machinery or industrial robots replacing blue-collar workers in manufacturing or specialized software replacing clerical workers.” |
