Follow the money. Follow the sales records, chain of title, assignments, shell companies, funds and trusts!
[USA specific]
Starting from property:
address via Google, Bing
Listings, metrics, aggregate public data from zillow.com, redfin.com, realtor.com, trulia.com, movato.com
next layer: official land registry - almost always organized by county, will be a .gov domain.
every county's land registry works in tandem with a Land Court and there is much overlap with a Probate Court. Actual court hearings and cases in these two types of courts are the most difficult to search of any court type in the USA.
Advanced:
biggerpockets.com is the forum used by all real estate professionals to share tactics and stories. It is ripe with discussion of fraud, as well as the execution of scams against other users. Crimes are encoded in innuendo, business jargon. The smallest details can matter!
Search using internal engine and google+REG EX
MLS - although actual MLS access is only granted to licensed realtors and attorneys, most data is auto-propagated out to previously mentioned listing websites AND 'idx feeds' which individual real estate websites use to present live listing data. Sometimes searching your county or state name with 'MLS' will reveal the authoritative MLS company in the area, which may have a public facing portal. Authority is NOT granted by government, rather by industry convention, similar to ICANN for domains.
Starting from person or entity:
I need help with this. Search by full name can be done county by county in deed registries. Skilled RE professionals whether honest or con artist use chains of shell LLC's, trusts, land trusts. Mortgage banks and contractors are even more advanced with their methods. sec.gov EDGAR database is very useful for linking information related to mortgages with incorporated entities.
Realtors:
Have licenses available for lookup and complaint filing using 'professional licensure' portals in state and county internet.
Other information like reviews and sales can be found by RE specific sites listed above(zillow, redfin, etc)

How much are Wynn and Movato per month? (Their website doesn’t list pricing). I’m looking for something close to what I was paying for LA Fitbess ($34/mth).. GoodLife seems to be double that, Lifetime is beyond what I want to be paying.
